Greetings Y'all!!!!!!!

It's almost been five years since we first got up here and gave a speech asking for your faith and vote as your Lieutenant Governor for this great region. Now once again I am here humbly seeking your vote once again. Being your Lt. Governor has been and still is one of the best honors and privileges of our time in NS.

In the last trimester we seen the Texas recruitment initiative go into full swing. We had good success as the population soared over 200 nations for a while. In the next go around we are seeking new ideas for not only recruiting, but to get these nations to want to stay here/or stay active once they do arrive here. Also it's been great to see the TRC continue to become more and more active and we hope to see that continue into the future.

Thanks again for all of your help and cooperation over the years and look forward to continuing to serve you all!!!

Cough syrup and toothpaste actually isn't that bad of a combo. Both are strong flavors, so the second one overpowers the first. Not like toothpaste and OJ which is nasty

No, it's what happens when you have a cold and take medicine before bed. I don't place much stock in the smarties stories, likely just a myth someone reported as news.

Ugh! A new Condemnation of the invader du jour. Reventus Koth, a nation born a mere 16 months ago in April 2016 is the target this time. Like most invader Condemnations, their exploits detailed above reads like chapter synopses from "How To Be A Dick And Be Proud Of It". They probably should be condemned. They seem to be responsible for much grief if the author is to be believed. We would give them the condemnation, but they would probably like that. We think invaders want Condemnations to wear as a shiny badge of badassness. We think most will agree that no one wants to reward a douchebag for being a douchebag. We don't. Invaders suck. Let's send these authors a big STFU! NewTexas will go on record as AGAINST on this Resolution. This is only the opinion of NewTexas. We look forward to other Texans' opinions and comments on this Resolution. If good arguments to the contrary are made, we will reconsider our position.

No one here has insinuated that you are a bad person, only that your activities within NS are what the citizens of Texas deem to be reprehensible. If you feel that you have to defend yourself from such opinions, and that those opinions are a reflection on you as a person outside of NS, perhaps you secretly feel that you have something to be ashamed of? Or, if you cannot handle people stating their opinions of your activities without taking it personally, might I suggest alternative behavior in NS that does not attract such vitriol and ire? Maybe play a game where you might get along better with others? I'd recommend Duck, Duck, Goose for starters.

You are perfectly within your right to be an invader, no one here would argue against that. However, it is perfectly within our rights to speak out against you and your kind, to defend invaded regions, and fight against any sort of commendation that you might receive for your activities.

What "civil discourse" did you expect to be had here? You come into a region of known defenders, as a known invader, and expect civility? What possible argument could you give to sway the people here from their staunch rejection of your behavior? You are either exceptionally naive, or intentionally malicious, and I have serious doubts that you are at all naive.

Don't try to psychoanalyze me. I have nothing to be ashamed of. I also struggle to see how I "can't handle" the personal attacks directed towards me. Fight against this proposal all you want, my first post on this RMB was only to point out some issues I had with NewTexas' reasoning. I'm not gonna throw a s*** fit because people aren't unanimously on my side -- I'd just rather the ones that aren't be worth engaging at all.

And yeah, god forbid I expect civility from a region that's so gung ho about the righteous defender cause. If nothing else, this little visit shows who the real classy ones are on NS. At least you've been willing to argue with me without stooping to the level of your regionmates, for the most part.

By the way, malice is kinda my thing. Read the proposal sometime, I even couped Osiris in the name of Malice.

I have no interest in engaging in dialogue any further. I have no interest in hearing the rationale for your actions. It does not interest me in the slightest, and only gives you the attention you are clearly desperately seeking. Why else would one intrude unprovoked where they aren't wanted? Defending yourself from disparagement and logical fallacies is a poor argument for your motives here, and only serves as a paper-thin veil to the reality of your egocentric behavior. After all, you clearly don't feel bad for what you have done, so what difference does it make what we think of what you are doing?

Any arguments that could be had will not change my mind on my opinion of your actions, nor will you convince me of whatever redeeming value you find in them. Arguing for arguing's sake is a fool's game, and I certainly wouldn't want to come down to your level. Any kind of discourse with you only feeds into your overpowering ego. I have far better things to do with my time.
