“Daddy, who let the poors out onto the front lawn?” questions Richard Kensington-Wellington III, whose famed millionaire misanthropic father is currently turning on the garden sprinklers. “The working classes should have never been allowed to study in the first place. I mean, what good does it do them? It only fills them with ridiculous aspirations above their natural station. It’s quite obvious after all that only the elite of society should be educated. All of my friends and their daddies say so! The common folk would be happier doing something useful with their lives!”

Parrona never used a program called "Windows," besides, which idiot will give a program a name that literally means "an opening in a wall that allows the passage of light, sound, and air."?

Force updates are disgusting, can we not talk about them?

You can only grow by confronting your fears!

Configuring windows updates
0% complete
Do not turn off your computer.

New Poll - What is or was your most hated windows feature?
● Other ...
Memory resource management/RAM usage!
Like...Splitting system ram with video card or other hardware.
Paging file use slowing ehhhhverything down.
Windows usurping ram for background tasks but not "freeing" it up once it's done!
RAM violation was the long silent blue-scream of death!

Oooh I sense a disturbance in the Force.
Without The Jedi-Zombi Jezus here to moderate, this could get dark!
Huzzah!

Agreed! 😠

Forced Updates was definitely my biggest issue. I realize that updates are critical at times, but it'd be nice if it just did it when I shut down my computer rather than constantly screaming it at me while I'm doing work >_>

I also strongly echo the comments regarding RAM usage

As a Systems Administrator IRL (yes, it's true!) back in the day, it was a frakking nightmare managing NT4 Servers & Windows 2000 Servers running Microsoft SQL Server because of its voracious memory appetite and inability to 'give it back' to Windows OS.

Before I created the Dreamworld you all know and love as the Simulnation of Matrixulated, I was an actual computer guy! 😉

Chomp on that, Spuddles!

Well, since you are, most likely, a simulation of a white caucasian male, you are, if this assumption is correct, not allowed to criticise about anything that is female or non-caucasian.

And if he's not? Will it change anything?

Parrona wrote: And if he's not? Will it change anything?

No, then I will simply accuse him of being a white caucasian male claiming not to be a white caucasian male.
He can't win against my intelligent design!

Wynteroak

Welcome, mr Winteroak. This is a nice place, I hope you like it. If you have any questions, just ask them in the feed, and the answers you get in return will be the things you should *not* do. Trust me, it's a good rule. I live by it.

Intelligent design does not imply nor guarantee intelligence in the end product.

Pattern recognition. I like it. I would it expect nothing less from you though. I'll accept this backhanded and awkward compliment as an early Father's Day present. 😙

Damn! He reproduced?
Matrixulated has spawned?
Oh no's!
