At an extraordinary session of the party congress of the KPdSSM under the leadership of the Secretary-General, Leonid Malchow, all the brother states, which also belong to the World Assembly, were recognized as independent national states. As such, we respect both the state ownership of each member state and the responsibility to our Alliance. At an extraordinary Special Party Congress of the KPdSSM, it was suggested to introduce a new holiday in the United Socialist States of Menechistan. On the advice of our great Secretary-General, Leonid Malchow, June 28 was proclaimed the "Day of First Great Peace." Exactly 100 years ago, the First World War was officially ended by the German delegation signing the Treaty of Versailles. This was the beginning of the first great peace in Europe. Millions of communist brothers and sisters fell in battle, as well as in the great socialist October Revolution of 1917, to achieve this great goal. They gave their blood and their honor for the great idea of world socialist revolution and peace! On this special day, all the workers and peasants in our nation, in honor of the fallen brothers and sisters, are to use this day to support the great communist idea with their work and the goals of the five-year plan set at the XIV. Party Congress to excel. As a reward, they receive the thanks and recognition of our beloved comrades and party secretary Leonid Malchow and all party comrades! The delegated party members approved by a majority of over 99% the proposal of our chairman Leonid Malchow and passed this law (02-XII-VI-MMXIX).
Furthermore, the State Council and the party leadership of the KPdSSM sends a recommendation and greeting to our communist brothers in Soviet democracy to introduce this holiday in general to all member states in memory of our all socialist tradition and our brothers and sisters fallen in battle. On behalf of our party secretary, we invite our brother states to attend a military parade in honor of this day in our capital, Malchowgrad, and welcome them as our guests of honor.
In addition, our great Chairman of the State and KPdSSM encourages us to resume the last sporting tradition of the "Spartakiad of peoples" in 1991. On this occasion, we invite all athletes of our brother peoples to participate in this "I. summer spartakiade of peoples" in Menechistan from June 28, 2019 to July 05, 2019 and to revive this beautiful sporting tradition within the Soviet democracy.
