Argues for a conception of nationality that is based on geographic/economic (as well as), cultural/linguistic distinction. Opposes 'cultural-national autonomy' in favour of the autonomy of clear geographic regions (which may themselves contain multiple nations and minorities). In-part, to ensure that underdeveloped nations aren't kept in a state of relative poverty to more developed neighbours, and secondly to foster proletarian internationalism, instead of separatism and bourgeois nationalism.

There's not much to the game other than answering issues, voting in the World Assembly, collecting cards, and interacting with people through this message board and the forums. Most of it is people just playing pretend, writing up information about their nation and scenarios.
