Maybe, but Bucovina has a big "minority" of Romanians. So which decision you guys take there will be people upset, and splitting it into parts may not help because we also have Russians so think wisely if you negotiate.

My province is like the situation in Belgium. But the wages here are way higher than in the rest of Ukraine, so most people are for being independent and then a part wants to join Romania, Although we still have problems like crime is going up from the Anarchy period, we are recovering, slowly but steadily.

I don't think that is a good idea either. I am sorry, but I do believe that diplomacy is the way forward, and annexing parts of the world that are not ours is not a good example of diplomacy. I agree with such moves only if the other regions agree as well.

That is true. But sometimes smaller nations can intensely focus on answering issues to promote a certain area, like manufacturing, environment, transport etc and your nation statistics may Increase well beyond much larger nations.
