Ok, it's been a while since my last NS nation, but I'm almost positive that the classic Max Barry "Should Democracy Be Compulsory?" issue had nothing to do with Bigtopia. And since when does Bigtopia represent Russia (unless I'm misinterpreting it)?

I've never heard of an original Max Barry-authored issue getting edited.
