I dunno, what's with you removing a K-REICH soldier from the ban list? K-REICH has no business here other than to raid and perhaps destroy PE.
They came in, they unsuppressed the posts the defenders suppressed, did a little gloating, then they left. A region like this is too small and insignificant for them to care about destroying it. That was also most likely a switcher, if they raided they'd end up using a different puppet anyways so a ban would only be taking up space.
