Great, its good that this has been founded

I wonder who created such a great region for my great nation to stand upon?

thinking emoji???

Khushvad, New gaets, Aldrest, and Skhaggerstan

I'm so glad we now have our own land.

We will work on building this page of our region. For now, continue to administer your countries and vote at the World Assembly. You all have no obligation to vote the same way as I did, you may vote as you wish. Also, please ensure you endorse me now so that I act as the first executive of the Pengia Terrum Council of Co-operation and our region's first World Assembly delegate. This will allow me to arrange things out here.

Republic of Khushvad

This is very epic and quirky

Why am I still a college state??? =|

Is it because of your civil rights?

No clue

What does challenging do, like are there any benefits to it aside from comparing yourself with other people?

Not neccessarely, this isnt about tangible gains but rather a serius effect on someone's win rate, which can lead to a posdible negative impression and above all, if the player challenging benefits from this, there are no benefits to the player being constantly challenged

Can't you get challenged by literally anyone in the world though, meaning that anyone outside of the region can effect your win rate anyway no matter their own level?

Crackhead Hawaii yeah but they can only do so via match making, and they wont get as many points if the oponent is of a lower level and/or is played won agaisnt repeatedly

The Republic of Khushvad supports the Aldrest Democratic Republic's submission. We find that it stands for the values upon which the Pengia Terrum Council of Co-Operation was founded. We think that the contents of the bill are very sensible. However, we would rather say that our region's nations should be suggested (not made) to first challenge other nations that are of similar strength. We are also about 50-50 with the sanctioning and think that sanctions should not be too harsh. Despite this, we approve of the proposal for challenges within the region to be conducted in an official manner.

Hmmmm because of the level unbalance between all the Nations in the Region most of us can't challenge each other then

if it were to pass, not under unofficial circumstances

ok sure i'll vote

The Kingdom of Skhaggerstan objects to the Aldrest Democratic Republic's submission. Here is Skhaggerstan, we value community and helping the collective as much as we can, because of this, we feel that this kind of system should be implemented within the region of Pengia Terrum, as if we all work together to help each other climb the ranks as a community, we as a region can benefit a lot. In addition, historically, nations have always been hierarchical, and I see no reason why this region should be any different. After all, someone is going to have to clean the toilets. I understand that we are not supposed to impose our nation's laws on each other for national gain, and I respect the nations of Pengia Terrum's opinion on this matter. I hope we can come to an agreement, and work together as a community, helping each other get more points.

As an alternative, I propose a different deal, I propose that any nation that doesn't want to be treaded upon by higher ranked nations should have to make a formal request to that said nation. This way, any nation that cares about its win rate will be immune from higher ranks milking them for points. This would also mean that inactive people can be made useful, as if they are inactive, they do not care about their win rate, which means that they will not really care if we milk them for points or not.

While I have not formally put this bill forward, I would like to hear some thoughts on my alternative first.

At the moment, the Kingdom of Skhaggerstan votes AGAINST the Aldrest Democratic Republic's submission.

Very interesting alternative. I like your proposal of making formal requests.

The results have been processed and with a 4-1 vote in approval for the bill! Discussion will now begin to best implement the legislation.

Greetings fellow Pengians!

As seen I've decided to abstain from our region's most recent poll on the implementation of a parliamentary system. I believe as the sole representative of the nation of nomads (Quite ironic given that I've abstained): The people of Metaphysicus are brought up with the main principle of the individual's voice, if that results in a collective decision or one that may result in an intellectual debate then so be it.
That is why although I have not voted against the matter, I have taken the decision to abstain and watch along the sidelines.

The Pengia Terrum Co-Operative Parliament looks to accommodate for the variety of governmental and political systems that exists in Pengia Terrum. Hence why it will be up to each individual nation to figure out how their nation is represented in the Regional Parliament. If you would like the seats to be filled by nomadic chiefs then so be it, if you would like yourself as the sole representative of your nation to be the face of Metaphysicus in the Regional Parliament then so be it and if you would like all the citizens of Metaphysicus to be MRPs then we may be able to sort something out too.

We of Aldrest Approve of the Parliament Bill as We believe it is not only a way to facilitate discussion between nation, but also as a way to experience the rich cultures of our dear neighbouring nations and exchange ideas to better improve the nation as a whole. We also humbly accept the hosting of such parliament as a country where political debate is common and encouraged on and we will attempt to accomodate all representatives should the Bill is passed. We would also like to thank Khushvad for giving us such a opportunity.

Kindly, and on Behalf of Aldrest,
Karla Valerie Harrell, Regional Ambassador of Aldrest

The Kingdom of Skhaggerstan abstains.

Congratulation to everyone who have partaken in the inaugural Pengia Terrum land auction!

Hope you're all happy with your plots of land!
