Sure, Iíll join.
Good afternoon everybody, is there a way I can get Asilandia to have a say, or more control in the way the Pacifica region is ran?
You can join the Ministries to work to help Pacifica and partake and vote in Elections, maybe even run, when they come around. Another great way to help the region is to join the World Assembly, located here: page=un, and endorse our President Cormactopia prime & His Vice, Rocky peaks!
Liruslau, Badivermeraed, and Asilandia
^ That is a good thing to remember

So yes, now that the event's officially started, me and the others are willing to answer any questions related to NS Cards!
If you have any, feel free to ask. We'll make sure to provide as much of a detailed answer per response... in exchange for a legendary card, of course :P
Hello to you guys and girls! I see that there are many many new faces, so... My main is Valentine Z, I currently got myself a whopping number of Nations, with a sole purpose of using them for card farming.
I currently collected cards that are of just personal interest, or cat-themed (you can check it out in Alanis Star), but other than that, I don't really do any intensive buys and sells, and just go with the flow from the card packets.
Once again a warm hello to you all! ^^

Hello All! Ballotonia here.
I am interested in hearing what mechanisms people use to farm quickly (not transfers, that's a separate topic). Any particular method for answering issues and 'processing' the cards quickly. Do you blindly junk everything except legends? Do you check bids /card MV / number of owners? What do you think is most efficient?
Junk em all save for anything with a bid on it legendary or goes in a collection. I do lose a fair amount of good cards that are just above MV but It balances it out because Always have more pups to farm.
Also the bottom answer of an issue they all line up (If you beat the ads/pay for no ads) with in 10 pixels or so of each other so you can use a macro to auto scroll to the bottom of the page and than put the cursor over the submit button. but always always always remember to click it yourself.
The following will address both your question and also provide some useful tips to potentially interested players in the future:
Now for farming, my way of going is probably simpler than most, but it's also easy to understand for most players:
When going through each puppet nation, I tend to pick the first option per issue (without even reading said option) in order to generate packs efficiently. Once I get those packs, I individually flip through each card in order to see whether a high bid's been placed on that item (it gets harder to check for bids if you don't individually flip through each pack). I then sell that card on a specific account for a higher profit than I would by simply "junking" the thing.
If a bid's not been placed, then I junk the commons+uncommons and send anything of "rare" rarity (and higher) to the aforementioned "specific nation", junking those cards and transferring the resulting bank over to my main account (which, for transfers, I assume we'll get to later).
And for actually memorizing the amount of puppets I have? Well, there's no need when NS++ is around!
With this, you can simply list every single nation you have, and the simple click of your mouse will log you in to any account in order for you to farm packs (through answering the aforementioned account's issues).
And yeah. That's a summary of how I personally farm. My bank is never at a high level, but that's due to me constantly buying every ex-nation card I can ever lay my hands on (hehe), so if I actually saved then I'd easily be much higher than usual.
Personally, I junked everything, and this even includes some Legendaries that are... not particularly worthwhile, or something that doesn't have a lot of demand, e.g. 1.25 MV for a plain-old flag card.
There are a few rules of me keeping the card, which are as follows:
- Legendaries, Epics, or any other nations that I personally know, or know them for their cool stats (like Kindjal and Borland), Staff Members, Mods, etc...
- Flags that are pretty interesting to me, including design, names, etc.
- Cat cards. These go to Alanis Star, but that nation needed a deck expansion, so most of the cat cards are going to Valentine Z, my main, for the time being.
- Recently, I am beginning to pay more attention to ex-nations with < 5 owners, and where those owners are inactive for a long time. The transfer strat is to have 2 of the same card, but if you do it right and when almost everyone is sleeping? Use that one rare ex-nation card for your transfer, even if that is... not gonna lie, pretty risky.
Transfer is always the most hated part in doing Card business. You need to watch it during last ten or five minutes of the auction, and hoping no one pulled the card to underask you. And when someone does, well, you can just keep fighting or be grateful that you got another copy for future transfer :P
And everyone, and I mean, EVERYONE, is after you. Sure, you can negotiate deals with your friends, but due to the nature of the money, and because hard to tell whose puppet... chances are good that even your friends want your dough. :P
Oh right, one important thing...
If you see a good bid or a good transfer going down, GIFT THAT CARD TO YOUR MAIN before doing anything!
I got a crapton of bank in another puppet (nation=joyously_joyful_joy) because I was too eager to get that cash (guy wanted his own card for a princely sum), but... I forgot to gift it to Valentine Z.
Destructive Government Education System and Cassowaries
My puppets junk most Ultra Rare; Rare; and Uncommon Cards to build Bank by my Pups for future transfers. Legendary cards are Gifted to Mikeswill (my main). I keep Epics to sell if there is a Buy above .70 or to Junk to build quick bank to gift the aforementioned Legendary. I keep many Common cards for numerous reasons. (Low owner transfers; round bank to 1.00; potential sniping of my enemies). As such, each puppet may have up to 35 cards at any given time.
Current puppet totals: 878 Epics; 465+ low owner commons.
I transfer at .99 increments to minimize loss thus requiring extensive numbers of transfers. If I get sniped I monitor the future trades of the thief until I extract satisfaction ~ usually up to 10.00 in revenge. :D
There is no shortcut to my success rather attentive hard work.
At this point, I'll sell anything at MV+. I don't really need to know the rarity and ownership of a card; I don't have any interest in pinching pennies. If someone places a bid to let me know they want something, I'm happy to pass that off if I see it come up. Everything else with a name I don't recognise gets junked.
I made a point to never steal my friend's transfer. Not worth the effort and troubles it might create just for a few banks. And in turn, i just hope that people would return the favour. Might not be a good strategy for big players, but i rarely watch the market and even more rarely do transfer (because it's just too much hassle lol), so it works for me.
NS++ does help a lot in doing farming, especially if your puppet is not a series (Card Farmer 1, Card Farmer 2, etc) but has unique name each. Personally i just junk most cards with rarity below Epic (which then i put an ask a bit above the MV), except when it is ex-nation (gift it to DGES and 9005) or it has some value. Legendaries go straight to my main account, and so does some big GPers and staff cards. Just your usual farming rhythm, nothing special :P
Re Transfers and Sniping
Because I watch my transfers, when I find one of my transfers underbid (sniped), I send the Under-bidder a telegram explaining my transfer and a request that they desist. (ie. "please don't steal my trade). And then I drop my bid. Usually they comply. However, when they subsequently underbid my new bid I know I am in battle. The pros will eventually drop to 50% to split the bank. Under these circumstances the best cause is to buy out the underbid because if you go below 50% your bid will get bought out giving the majority bank to the thief.
NEVER drop to .01!!!! (Unless you want me to take your trade)
A .01 Bid will be matched and thus said card is frozen.
N00bs will be taken advantage of so play often to learn how not to be a n00b.
Play nice ~ is a .50 profit really worth making an enemy?
And always gift Mikeswill your Legendary cards where he will keep them safe. ;)
