Converted Space Project
Rogue River, while still recovering from the civil war, has authorized a new project to direct their research. A Riverian space station has been scheduled to be converted into a space warship. The newly formed RRSF has classified it as a "Converted Corvette." They are weak and with minimal armaments, but they serve as a template for Riverian space warfare construction. The Retribution project is also underway, hundreds of billions of dollars of science and military funding is being invested into it, promising a space aircraft carrier, with fully functional gravity.
The military has been reorganized aswell. The Rogue Army is now much more organized and streamlined in it's command. The River Navy is much more balanced with it's oceans, and the Rogue River Air Force is much much so much bigger. The RRSF has been officially created and is dedicated to going big or going home.
As for the recovery, poverty has dropped, and the economy is slowly growing again. The old businesses that went bankrupt have been reestablished, and new welfare funding has been secured, and more available healthcare. A very large relief bill for most poverty stricken Riverians has also been passed. However Rogue River's reserves have been bled dry now, to help save money to continue recovery, taxes have slightly been increased, and military funding has been dropped to prewar levels.
With all this, Rogue River is rejoining the world stage a reborn nation, and ready to leap foward!

For the past Millenia all we've been doing is fighting eachother and made little progress to world peace. I for one believe that we haven't evolved at all, scientifically we have but in general, we've been doing the same thing over and over again.
