Start with the block. If get any more from any other nation of his then I will report him. Second choice I may have consider making a appeal to raiders to take down Randovia but I doubt that be wise. If its him his main would be active which to prevent such raid. Therefore I will stick with my original course of action.
At the risk of sounding insanely ignorant and possibly annoying. What is up with this whole thing with Brad? I mean I get that there was some sort of war or something with him a while ago, but I don't get why. He is our past founder from our former region which we broke away twice in the past. It's a long story. We came here to get away from him but never seems to go away.

Our region is now placed back at low level alert. Plus I see Randovia is open to raiders now for the taking.

I find it interesting that The lemon hub is constructing embassies with Randovia. I don't want outright to accuse Paplem but one questions if there could be a link.
He first went silent and then CTEd when he was our founder in the Radiant (the last thing he said was that he was going mountaineering). After a few months we bleed people and didn't really recruit due to the risk of raiding so we started a new region together instead.
The last we heard of Brad then was in July but around X-mas he came back and was upset, calling us traitors. I should point out that certain nations here made things worse with "covert operations" in the Radiant so it is not just Brad being a lunatic, we do have some blame too even if Brad certainly initiated hostilities. It all turned to nothing and Brad CTEd soon again.
Since then a nation claiming to be him have interacting a lot with us, sometimes peacefully, other times not. We have no proof that it actually is brad since his main more or less been gone the entire time and I personally believe it is someone else trolling us (I have some theories about who too).
In either case the entire thing is childish and should be ignored. We should focus on making some more fun RP, troll wars have no winners, just losers.

I admit my guilt on part of fakes in the past but I am not part of this latest tirade. I thought using puppets would help uncover info covertly behind the scenes in our own region but nothing came of it ever.
Maybe so, but I don't think a founderless region with 9 countries in (including puppets) is a threat. They are just trolling since there is nothing else they can do, not exactly the Black hawks we are dealing with here.
In comparison, it would be like Lemon 7 threatened me here. Let's worry about actual threats instead of annoying trolls.
