Section 1 - All flags are to be based on the Bergonnian standard of a blue eagle on a yellow background.
Section 2 - The Bergonnian standard shall now be known as whichever flag is current on Bergonnia. In cases of dispute, the flag on Bergonnia is the standard.
Section 3 - No defacing of the Bergonnian standard is allowed.
Section 4 - Flags are to be updated in a reasonable manner if the Bergonnian standard is updated. Reasonable shall be determined by the Senate.
Section 5 - Failure to comply with the Flag Rule shall result in the punishment of the violator at first with a 250 word, APA format, apology. In the case of a second violation, the violator is to be banned from communications within the region and Discord for 10 days. In the case of a third and final violation, the violator is to be sent to the depths of hell, where they belong.

Section 1 - All members are to greet each other with the phrase "Hail the Berg" OR "I like being assimilated" OR "plz assimilate me harder".
Section 2 - Failure to comply with the Greeting Rule shall result in the punishment of the violator at first with a 250 word, MLA format, apology. In the case of a second violation, the violator shall be executed by drawing and quartering. In case of a third or more violation, refer to the second. Rinse and repeat until the violator has repented.

Section 1 - The regional pledge of the New Western Empire is to become;
I pledge allegiance to the assimilation of the New Western Empire, and to the Berg for which it stands, one Nation under Berg, indivisible, with assimilation and abstinence for all.
Section 2 - All members must recite the pledge once a day before the initiation of a post on the RMB or Discord or any New Western Empire property.
Section 3 - Failure to comply with the Pledge Rule shall result in the punishment of the violator at first with a 250 word, Chicago format, apology. In the case of a second violation, the violator is to read the History of Rome on Wikipedia, and be forced to take a 25 question, multiple-choice answer test. Failure to complete the test will result in a repeat until successfully completed. A successful completion is to be recognized as answering all questions correctly. In the case of a third or more violation, refer to the second, as that is punishment enough.

Section 1 - Within 180 days of this bill becoming law, all members of the New Western Empire are hereby required to create a nation recognizing the assimilation of Berg.
Section 2 - To comply with section one, your nation's name must start with "Bergonnian Assimilated" followed by the name of your choosing.
Section 3 - Your motto must become We are the Berg. Prepare to be assimilated.
Section 4 - You must become assimilated.
Section 5 - Failure to comply with the Assimilation Rule shall result in the punishment of the violator at first with a 250 word, APSA format, apology. In the case of a second violation, the violator is to be lashed 10 times. In the case of a third violation, the violator is to become forcibly assimilated.
