With your help, we can make this happen, and what we need are nations, that are willing enough, to get between nations that want war, to stop them from fighting against each other, and to be able to help the innocent people. We need you! We don’t want war, and we are definitely not a militaristic organisation. The only enemies we shall fight are terrorists, pirates, and any person/group/organisation that attempts to violate peace and society, and we shall only declare war, only if we absolutely need to. We are here for peace and stopping unnecessary wars, rebuilding nations and giving jobs to the people who need it. We’ll ally with any organisation and/or nation that’s willing to do what’s right for the people. The organisation also allows the members to have their secret services and homeland security agencies investigate their criminals and arrest the criminals of their country on their soil, as long as they abide the laws and the country doesn’t prohibit them from doing so.
To become a member, what you have to do is submit an application. One explaining why you want to join the organisation, what you can offer to the organisation and so on. Basically like a normal application for a job, because that's what it is, a job for the greater good.
Lets say another government wants to take over your nation. If you are a friend, a member or someone with faith to our organisation, you contact me, or one of my co-workers. We will find out what we can do. First we will talk to the person, see the persons side of the story, next we will negociate with them, if that doesn't end it, we will look for dirt on the person and release it to get the person banned, if the person is clean, we will talk on the RMB chat to explain to as many people as possible what's happening, that's why it's so important to have people in as many regions as possible, then when that doesn't work, we will have to separate them by putting our military between them to stop the conflict and with that we hope to resolve as many problems as possible.

No insulting between the members. It's okay to have different opinions and debate about them (we are not like the butthurt Hotel lala that expects everybody to be one entity with no opinions whatsoever) and debate about them.
No war. Being in the IAGP requires you to not be part of the problem, by declaring war and opressing. If you have any conflicts, talk to me Vivami i am here to listen to your concerns, no matter how small they are.
No exploitation. Do not use the term IAGP to make you seem more powerful or threaten somebody that the IAGP will ave your back without knowing for certain that we are, otherwise we are going to get in conflicts that we weren't ready for.

Peace. What is peace? Some say peace is pacifism among nations, others say that it’s garbage.
You know what I say? I say peace is harmony, harmony that has to be achieved by all means necessary. That can be negotiating, talking but sometimes militaristic measures also have to be taken. The IAGP is an organisation striving for peace. They also provide shelter for those in danger and rebuild an infrastructure inside of the nation. That’s why our slogan is give them the rod, not the fish. We will not only keep peace but we will rebuild a nation and give the people jobs, so they don’t have to flee from their country. That’s peace.

New poll for Tolkien fans: Renunciation
Which of these scenes especially moved you? Most are – on the surface – about the ring, but not all. Props to Faramir and Éowyn who did not wish to follow up being besieged by Sauron with a civil war inside Gondor. Of the scenes where the hobbits renounce killing Gollum after he tried to kill them, I chose Sam's scene, to stand pars pro toto for both Sam and Frodo who made this choice.
Peace is the state of not having anybody to kill today.

April's Special Feature: XKI University
XKI University is an embodiment of culture, studies and debate. It's lively halls have, since the recent renovations, been buzzing with activity. The new Dean, Flemingisa, has been at the helm of quite a few changes himself, bringing in the brand new XKI University Discord! With this and some new classes and other major plans, we decided to get an inside scoop on the best parts, the idea and understanding, and the changes to come to this august body of knowledge and skill.
Kozmix: So, firstly, what is the University to you, Flem?
Flemingisa: To me the University is a pinnacle of higher learning that is a bright light not only to 10000 Islands, but to NS as a whole. It is a shining beacon of culture to 10000 Islands.
Kozmix: I see. How has the University played that role so far? And how has it changed over the years?
Flemingisa: When I started playing NS the university was more a people run organization I feel. People chose when they wanted to teach classes and what curriculum they taught. It was popular amongst islanders but relatively unheard of outside of it. It went through a decline in recent years but I am pleased to see activity starting to rise again.
Kozmix: I see... And do you know how the University started? What was the inspiration behind such an idea?
Flemingisa: The University was initially established as back in NS Year 41, as a forum for distribution of lectures and the like. It was suspended in the NS Year 107, but was reinstated in the NS Year 125. Then on, the University has been flourishing and developing. There have been multiple language classes, among other subjects.
Kozmix: So, last question, what new changes can we expect in the University in the time to come? And their relations with other regional universities?
Flemingisa: Well you can expect to see more classes being offered by a wide variety of teachers. More emphasis will be placed on clubs and activities to make people feel engaged with the university as well. I also would like to hire people on a permanent basis to be teachers and have a specific class they teach.
