it depends in which RP you participate, if we revive the middle earth roleplay rp then probably yes, but your nation would be in middle earth(this is of course a condition for all the rps, they are set in middle earth)
if you do a character rp though, you will have to use a character form jrr tolkiens works or a character invented by yourself, but not as iimportant as an emperor
