Actav Harbour. July 6th 2118
Captain William Stanley: " Well, this is it lads, we will be making the longest sailboat voyage in 150 years."

3 of the 5 crewmen are Fushcorian

They reach the harbour, The mister of Diplomacy and head admiral of the Actaviian fleet are there to greet them, along with a large crowd. Thunderous applause can be hard as they enter the boat.

As all crewmen are on board, the voyage begins. Captain Stanley gives a salute to the crowd before heading off to Fushcor.

The boat sails out of the harbour, flying the flags of both Actavii and Fushcor

The 2118 Lyrali Summer Olympics, officially the Lyrali Games of the II Olympiad, is a forthcoming international multi-sport event that is scheduled to take place in 2118. It will be the second international Olympic Games held in the modern history of Lyrali.

Bidding process

Roombat, Blores, and Yitropolis were the candidates for hosting the Olympic Games.

Host city selection

The Lyrali Olympic Committee (LOC) voted to select the host city of the 2118 Summer Olympics in 2116 using a two-round system. None of the seven candidates won 50% of the votes in the first round, so Roombat and Yitropolis, having recieved the most number of votes, advanced to the second round of the election. Roombat and Yitropolis tied recieved the same number of votes, but Roombat had won a plurality of the votes in the first round, so Roombat was selected as the host city for the 2118 Lyrali Summer Olympics, and Yitropolis was selected as the host city for the 2122 Lyrali Summer Olympics.

All the unclaimed islands off the coast of Yi, if possible. Of course, I also want to leave space for others.

RP: Jaws?
About 6 hours after leaving port, Captain Stanley livestreams the voyage, giving a tour and situation report of the ship.

In the background, some viewers spot the faint silhouette of a shark. Memes are quickly made of the jaws theme being played while zooming into the silhouette of the shark.

The vimia wrote:It was a pleasure for the Vimia to host this remarkable symbol of peace and prosperity during this trying times in Lyrali. We thank all nations for their civility during this time and their adherence to the Olympic truce.

Peace may have happened, but it is not here to stay.

In Creets, the land is very much unorganized. Some parts are ruled by a tyrannical king, who many oppose. Other parts are made up of unorganized tribes, each vying for power. A revolution is brewing. And it's coming soon.

BREAKING
A large store of thorium, an alternative to uranium for nuclear power in addition to the powering element of MiliTech technology, the large Fushcorian military technology corporation, who have long had a monopoly on thorium deposits, has been found in the center of the Mito Crater. Surrounding it is the newly established Kimoan colony, Solefore, as well as the civil war torn Creets. MiliTech has yet to make a statement regarding their threatened monopoly.
