I think it is that there is a bit too much bureaucracy. You kind of have to set some vague guidelines and then play it by ear as you go.

A length of term limit would also be iffy. Term limits for RP managers are pretty useless. They don’t need power checks, because they’re RP managers. what are they gonna do when they go mad with power, change my stats

Yeah, being RP manager is mainly a hassle. There's not much in it to go power mad over. I don't think term limits are necessary for the post.

Speaking of RP, I still haven't received any TGs related to nations' own military equipment, as stated in the RP Region. I even pinged all participants, and yet no sign that anyone read the post. Please, don't let Ogliacia's State-Owned companies have a monopoly over the military equipment market. Devionsa still hasn't replied to TS's post, and Zweites Preussen hasn't even made 1 post yet.

I think we need some interaction.

A war, international crisis or something that requires interactions would be good.

For me, I was busy focusing on the election and that sort of stuff recently, but we won't go into detail, as I've left that behind me.
