TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

A tropical wave that is going west off of the coast of Africa can become a tropical cyclone. Weak steering currents, weak wind sheer, and seasonably warm waters will allow it to strengthen as it slowly moves west-northwest, and it will probably become a tropical depression or tropical storm by the end of this week.
This sounds like a great disaster that is striking a very cultured continent, its people should be evacuated effective immediately if you could send them up through Egypt to the International African-Roswaesian Bridge we could get them out of there fairly quickly!
