What does endorsing do?
The person with the most endorsements in a region becomes the WA delegate. More importantly, if I get two endorsements, I can make proposals for the WA.
As the leader of Aroth I will not endorse you for 3 reasons.
1. We are enemies.
2. Even if we weren't enemies you treat your people like garbage.
3. I disagree with the majority of your policies.

A raid is when several nations join a region and endorse each other to make themselves the WA delegate then cause general mayhem such as passwording the region, changing the appearance, or banning nations. They caused a good amount of damage a while back.

Yes, Yes it would. However, for the nation's sake if you do invade them perhaps. Damage is a minimum of 1 unless defense forces are in the negatives. He still has a military just not a very competent one.
I want to want to, but then I have to change the rules and they've already gotten far more complicated than I wanted them to be.
I just found a region that was conquered by The Black Hawks called sword art online. It was forming an embassy with another raiding region called Lair of the Dragon. This gives me reason to believe that the Dragons and the Hawks are allied. I have decided to add Lair of the Dragon to our enemies list.
