Out of character, I genuinely question how you intend to do that. This is just a recommendation, but maybe don't do that. Maybe try to make your own list of stats, make your own battle system, heck, I'll make one myself. But dnd stat blocks are only intended for one on one combat, not wars, also there really hard to make

16 on Initiatve. Missed with a ten against battle axolotols
My Platypuses made an attack roll of 8. The axolotls made an attack roll of 9. I don't think either of these hit you.

The Platypuses got a 10 trying to hit you with a turtle bomb. The axolotls got an 8.
12 against the Platypuses. We both have very bad militaries.
In order to speed this up, I propose reducing the AC of all of our armies to 10.

The Platypus Army deals 9 damage with its spear. The axolotls chomp for 20 damage.
