According to the applications I'm seeing, yeah. Also say you have to have a HS diploma/GED. But I'd hope that would be by the time you start.

while it's not the best like singapore changi with its overwhelmingly amazing facilities, chisinau airport is actually nice and comfy, good selection of shops, very well maintaned and modern. sparkly clean too, and you won't get lost since its small size makes it easy to get around. i'd still recommend it, been there to visit moldovan relatives
