Greetings asteryans!
As you may or may not have noticed, Prime Minister Lawid just resigned unexpectedly to no prior notice due to personal reasons. As Deputy Prime Minister, it automatically is I who will shoulder the role of Prime Minister with Onionist Randosia as Deputy Prime Minister. Otherwise all others ministers will keep their position. My first goal is to secure stability and order in Asterya and InterLeft and to attempt to compensate for the void left behind an absent post. Lawid was a most influential and important citizen of Asterya but I respect their decision to leave NationStates, they will be missed dearly. As of now I am putting this statement together rather hastily but Lawid's resignation was not anticipated but regardless I apologies for any inconviniences, I will need every asteryan's patience however, snap elections will be held in the near future. Discussions on how to properly procced will be made in the coming days. Thank you for understanding this difficult situation, Asterya will endure!
