Forums City will be an international city and will be controlled by the WAD/ PM. It will be where most of our forums based organization and roleplays will be based. Forums City is itself understandable by its name. It would prevent conflict if it was taken for standard time. Because any PM controls it directly.

UPDATE: After a conversation with Hindu Puri, we will only introduce the first two bills and delay the third bill until after his bill about having an election for the WA delegate is voted on so there is a clearer picture on who the delegate is. We dont care about who he delegate is but others might.

Also we will oppose any committee that isn't voluntary
