1. Members of the Regional Message Board of Hartfelden, shall at all times be required, regardless of the nature of their discussion, to maintain respect for other individuals even when disagreeing with their viewpoint politically or socially.
2. Spam shall not be tolerated.
3. Harassment, intimidation, bullying, stalking, or posting in bad faith, and other unacceptable behaviors displayed in interaction with other users shall potentially result in an immediate removal from the region or post suppresion.
4. Advertisements for other regions or organizations in NationStates is strictly prohibited.
5. Excessive profane or obscene content is not permissible. Swearing should be kept to a minimum and used where explicitly needed.
6. Violation of real-life laws or the Terms of Service is grounds for automatic removal from the region.
7. Users are advised against posting real-life information about themselves on the Regional Message Board, because other users could take this information and share it.
8. Communications Officers shall have the power to enforce these standards with their relevant authorities at the discretion of the Root Administrator.
9. Decisions of Communications Officers shall not be contested on the Regional Message Board. An appeal shall be lodged via telegram with the Root Administrator
10. By participating in the Regional Message Board, users acknowledge their adherence to these standards and understand that violations thereof shall result in the applicable penalties as determined by Communications Officers.
