Well... that requires on some other factors. If it's literally just me in a station with maybe an internet connection (which would be really damn slow) then hell nah.

BUT if I would be part of a larger community, for example a few thousand people on the planet who can be traveled to with relative ease and that's economic. If you're not really cramped into a singular space with two dozen people etc. Then I'd go for Venus. There is this concept where live on Venus is possible on these floating stations, with the atmospheric density of the world it would be relatively easy to have the population centers float well above the surface. It's cool cause you could have a Cloud City like structure (with like helium balloons attached to it).

Otherwise it makes me think of a steampunk kinda world where transport with airships is highly commonplace lol

Edit: Also access to internet which has comparable lag to what I'm getting now and access to loved ones I got now.

Same, Earth is the only planet we know, and I don’t think living on another planet is a change that our human brains can process yet.

Agreed. Now if QOTD was about visiting another planet safely, man, that would be a hard choice. They're all so cool, but living on another planet seems a bit daunting.

Living on another planet is impossible if you want to compare it to now, that's why he specified that you could safely do it with all the comforts of home. Basically, the question is is there a different terrestrial body that you like more than Earth, and the answer should always be yes because the Earth is a terrible place.

It would be better if we could send as many people as we want to another planet, we choose who, and they screw up that planet.

In answer to the poll, I picked a combination of the above. First and foremost, I'd say Healthcare, then Transportation and Industrial Development, then Defense and Education.
Prioritize keeping people healthy, then transport and industry to keep people employed and things growing - and then Defense to keep it all defended, and Education so people can actually do all of that more effectively and advance them.
