For QOTD, I'd probably try to learn any language that's very dissimilar to English but very similar to multiple other languages. Something that falls in a group of languages I have no experience with. That way, once I had learned that language, learning the other related languages would be easier.
Also, a language that's spoken by many people, something like Mandarin or Arabic. For maximum utility.
English, which is the language of many foreign nations. Most people know about 20,000 words, and I suspect back between medicine and geekery my vocabulary is around twice that, but I'd like to get all million plus words in all forms of English into my head.
Battle Angel Alita and Undergrowth
Same as with Momo on this. But if I had to indeed work for it... English, but I know that already. So perhaps German solely because there is a lot of information that's related to my studies but is found a lot in German.
The Sun is overrated. Plus, nightlife is bae.
Battle Angel Alita, Kabenitohamajihaka, and Berk of the barbaric archipelago
I feel like since some issues that come up are major (like banning all cars or guns) it's okay if those take some time, like every 6 hours or even a bit longer to come up. But I'd like it if some of the minor issues that don't have as much of an effect would come a bit quicker, like every couple hours.
Sure real life issues take longer than hours to change, but it's like time is scaled down for nationstates, so if a law that would take months to pass irl and 6 hours to be presented in game, realistically there would be new issues every couple minutes or seconds.
Keep in mind the game only has so many issues. More now than before but thatís part of where the time came from. They make it 6 hours so you come back every so often and donít just play the game once and leave
Thatís why mobile games have energy/resource requirements, so you have to come back to the game and they get more ad revenue than just seeing it once
I live again. Mostly. Kind of.
Question of the Day: If you had to pick one, would you rather live in a treehouse, or in a bunker? Where, and why?
Eh. I wanna say treehouse, but both have clear downsides. One is a greater fire risk, the other is a greater flood risk.................. Still, probably treehouse, and probably somewhere far north.
