The first high-speed Duma interurban railway operated and controlled by private capital is underway. The laying of the tracks of the interurban railway line has begun, which will connect the cities of Hangzhou, the capital of the province of Zhejiang, in the eastern part of the country, and the cities of Shaoxing and Taizhou, located in the same province.

Ministry of Regional Development

With approval from the Archon and the Executive Council of the Hellenic League, North hellenes will be given a monthly fund of $8mn dedicated towards its needs. Housing and agricultural development are needed, and this money will be utilized as such.

Additionally $2mn per month has been set aside for infrastructure development in North Hellas to focus on roads, water lines, heating & cooling, and various other infrastructure improvements.

In total, $10mn in funding is being given to North Hellas. The main goal is to improve the quality of life and also create jobs, further stimulating the economy.

As North Hellas continues its transition into being a full member state of the Hellenic League, more investments will be announced by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Energy at a later date. The Ministry of Agriculture will also be issuing some investing.

North Hellenes has just held its 58th national vote on national progress and issues. This month 4 votes were held, of which x passed. Here is the report provided by TNHM-NV, The North Hellenes Ministry of National Votes:

Vote to expand the harbour by a 2 sqkm business park Result:Passed with 59% For and 41% Against. Notes: This business park will help expand north hellenes economy, and also put it closer to having the 3rd biggest harbour in europe.

Vote to build a new high density residential area Result: Passed with 68% For and 32% Against. Notes: North hellenes is focusin on the agricultural and housing sector more than ever, this will probably lead to a population boom. This new high density residential area will hopefully help provide housing for everyone.

Vote to decrease fire department funding Result: Failed with 11% For and 89% Against.

Vote to open trade with The arab-african republic of egypt Result: Passed with 65% For and 35% Against. Notes: Opening trade with the Arab-African Republic of Egypt will hopefully provide north hellenes with more agricultural products, which could both increase the range of available food products but also decrease the price of already existing ones.

The coastal province of Fujian has seen a boom in clean energy development over the past five years, pursuing the goal of reducing coal use and cutting carbon emissions.

According to the Regional Department of Energy, with the introduction of major nuclear and wind energy projects, the province has seen its installed clean energy production capacity rise to around 35.1 GW last year from 25.3 GW in five years ago.

Clean energy accounted for 55.1% of the total installed power generation capacity in the province, with the share of nuclear power ranking first in the country.

Clean-energy power plants generated 125.6 billion kWh of electricity in 2020, up from 89.9 billion kWh in 2015, or roughly half of the province's total electricity production, the state-owned grid subsidiary said. .

Between 2016 and 2020, Fujian consumed a total of 619.9 billion kWh of electricity generated from clean energy, achieving a 100% utilization rate for green energy.

Reports coming in that in the last hour there has been a shooting on the grounds of the Princely Palace in Baryshevo, the residence of the Princely Family of Romanovskaya. We understand a lone gunman made his way to the security gate of the palace where he shot two Imperial Guards. The shooter then breached the security gate but was apprehended by another group of guards who had rushed to the scene. The guards neutralised the threat although it is understood the shooter was captured alive, abeit in a critical condition.

Sadly we must report that one of the guards who was shot was pronounced dead at the scene. Private Nikita Vasilievich Bogoslovsky was just 26 years old and had joined the Imperial Guard last year. Another guard who has not been named remains in a critical condition and has been taken to the Prince Vasili of Romanovskaya hospital in Vyborg. A spokesperson for the Princely Family has stated that the family are safe but are shaken by events today. They added that the Princely family sends their deepest condolonces to the family of Private Bogoslovsky.

The police have already begun their investigations into the attack, believing that the individual in question belongs to a fringe marxist orginisation calling itself the "National Liberation Front of the Karelian Isthmus (NLFKI)". A police spokesperson said that while they believe further attacks are unlikely, they will be increasing security at key government locations over the coming weeks while they conduct their investigations.

KORELA, KORELASKY DISTRICT

Funeral of Pvt. Nikita V. Bogoslovsky

The funeral of Private Nikita Vasilievich Bogoslovsky took place in his hometown of Korela today. With the consent of the Bogoslovsky family, Private Nikita Vasilievich was given a full state funeral. The hearse carrying his remains were driven through the town of Korela, with the Imperial Guard of which he was part, marching behind. Other members of the defence forces, the RPF and the police lined the streets as the funeral procession passed by on its way to the Church of All Russian Saints.

Upon arrival at the church, Pvt. Bogoslovsky's coffin was unloaded from the hearse. The coffin itself was draped in a Romanovan flag with his Imperial Guard hat and gloves placed on top. The coffin was then carried inside the church by his fellow guardsmen, some of who were on duty the day of the shooting. Inside the church, there was a number of notable figures in attendance, including H.S.H. Princess Zephyrine of Romanovskaya and her husband H.S.H. Prince Pyotr Ivanonvich Golitsyn-Romanoff.

Elsewhere, the perpetrator of the crime was named as Vladimir Yevgenievich Aksenov. He is now in a stable condition in hospital and is expected to be able to stand trial on charges for murder, as well as attempted murder. Aksenov was indeed confirmed to be a member of the marxist National Liberation Front of the Karelian Isthmus (NLFKI), a fringe group seeking the abolishment of the monarchy and establishment of a socialist workers republic. The NLFKI have not however claimed responsibility for the attack, saying Aksenov acted alone. It should be noted that while the NLFKI distanced itself from the shooting, they did not condemn it.

Constanta will be expanded with a new high density residential area. This area will have 30 modern skyscrapers standing roughly 300 meters tall. They will be comprised of cost effective residential units, with a cafe or office on the lower floors to also spur additional foot traffic and economic growth. These facilities will work on hiring those within the buildings to help maintain and work in the lower floor retail or office spaces. Intrakat, based out of Attica, Hellas, will work with the city of Constanta on the project for design and construction purposes. It’s anticipated during the construction 900 jobs will be created, with about 200-300 permanent jobs being created. At a cost $2bn, this funding is in part being provided by the State of North Hellas and the Central government of The Hellenic League, with $200k being provided by philanthropic donors across The Hellenic League. The anticipated timeline is 2 years (104 RL days) barring delay. The addition of jobs and low cost housing is done to spur economic growth, and plan ahead any population growth over the next decade, allowing North Hellas and The Hellenic League to plan ahead and guide a better future for all Hellenic citizens in the North.

WAR REPORT - GALICIA

Now cooperating in a united coalition against the Moraczewski Government, the Danubian Military and our allies in the Galicyjski Popularny Przód have made significant gains against Galician Positions across the country. The 3rd People's Revolutionary Army lead by Field Marshall Erika Nemes and supported by rebels from Silesia who held the line at Katowice, launched a spearhead assault towards the city of Opole, which soon fell to the oncoming forces.

Meanwhile the 2nd People's Revolutionary Army has begun a campaign to capture Subcarpathia from the Galicians, making a move to take over key positions in Krosno and Rzeszów, before moving onto the Secondary targets of Przemyśl and Tarnobrzeg, this province is another key region of Galicia and has a sizable population of Danubian Minorities, of which the National Defence Commission has made a priority to liberate and protect.

The 1st People's Revolutionary Army under Field Marshall Leon Schwarz (current sitting member of the Central Committee as Chariman of the NVK/NB) has begun the primary push towards the city of Krakow, the main population, economic and political center of the Galician Federation. Reports have said that Moraczewski and his closest supporters in government have evacuated the city and moved north to a secure position in the Holy Cross Republic, the northernmost state in the federation and the birthplace/primary hub of Moraczewski's National Party.

President Boldizar has praised the People's Revolutionary Army and its success in the Galician Intervention; he has expressed hope that Moraczewski can be swiftly brought to justice and peace be restored in Galicia, so Danubia can move to forge a new, prosperous relationship between Galicia and Danubia.
