Sweden First denounces any affiliation with paramilitary group United Front

Despite being made up of former high profile members of the Party to Promote Unity (the political front for violent pro-Sweden group United Front), the second-most successful party in the Swedish parliament, Sweden First, has denounced any current or former involvement with either the Party to Promote Unity or the United Front. The Sweden First party grew rapidly in the latest two Swedish elections, partially because it is the only relevant right leaning party, causing more moderate conservatives and even libertarians to align with the party, despite the fact the party was founded with far right, extremist views, and partially because of the general Swedish discontent with the current state of the Brotherly Union.

The leader of the Sweden First party issued an official statement on behalf of the party this morning, declaring thay both her and the party have never had any affiliation with the doomed (and banned) Party to Promote Unity, nor any affiliation with the United Front in general. Although most political pundits see right through this, some believe this statement is nothing more than a publicity move in an attempt to endear itself to the public and give it more credibility as a "moderate, conservative opposition", a position which they've increasingly been trying to promote, moving away from their far right ideologies in public.

We would happily welcome the establishment of embassies in both of our great nations. The Egyptian state hopes that this is the beginning of a fruitful diplomatic relationship.

We would like to officially appoint Mohammed Heikal as our ambassador to the Confederation of Indochinese States.

The MFA of the FEUSSR is pleased to hear that its Indochinese partners are willing to open up room for constructive diplomatic relations and dialogue. Consequently, we name Juyū Miyashiro as the Ambassador to Vashnal.

Furthermore, in the spirit of pan-Asian communication, collaboration, and sovereignty, we invite the Confederation to join the Asian Union. Membership in the Asian Union guarantees collective security, closer economic relations, collaboration in science and tech, and many other benefits which would be conducive to the CIS' long-term sustainability and prosperity.

Far Eastern Union of Soviet Republics wrote:Ministry of Foreign Affairs - International Statement regarding the Theft of Cultural Artefacts by Orange-Bourgogne

The MFA voices its displeasure at the last condition imposed by the UKOB surrounding the use of sanctions. The sanctions would render various nations ineligible for the rightful repatriation of treasures - most notably, the Maratha-Empire and the FEUSSR, whose cultural histories has been adversely impacted by the British sacking and pillaging of the nation in the 19th and 20th centuries.

Consequently, the MFA calls on nations of the world to punitively pressure the government of Orange-Bourgogne for its selective "return" of cultural artefacts. If cultural artefacts are to be returned, the UKOB must ensure that they are returned without prejudice and unconditionally. Thieves do not get to slot in conditions for the rightful return of properties. As such, we implore that the UKOB do the right thing and return said cultural artefacts with no strings or conditions attached.

We applaud the application of punitive sanctions by Imperial Eagle and Maratha-Empire. We will furthermore call upon our comrades in Eulumia, as well as CCCP-, The Hellenes League, Donau-Bundesreich and others to take resolute action against the UKOB. The FEUSSR therefore calls for the application of UAN-wide sanctions on the UKOB, with the embargoing of arms and related materials; bans on the export of aviation and rocket fuel to the UKOB; bans on the trade of gold, oil, precious metals, and diamonds with the UKOB or associated entities; bans on the export of luxury goods to the UKOB; restrictions on financial support for trade with the UKOB; restrictions on FDI towards the UKOB; and the prohibition of certain UKOB individuals from entering the territories of UAN member states.

Masr Al Youm/ مصر اليوم

Broadcast of the presidential speech of Ahmed Shawqi regarding the stolen artifacts of the UKOP

"Dear citizens of Egypt. We would like to indicate that we are fully committed to the return of our stolen artifacts from the hands of the Imperialist UKOB. Ancient Egyptian history is rich and varied and our culture is one of the oldest and most historically important civilizations in the world.

Yet there lies over 100,000 stolen artifacts, including the Rosetta stone, outside of the hands of the Egyptian state. But why should those stolen artifacts be with the UKOB? They weren't Involved or have influenced it's creation. The only thing that links the UKOB and Ancient Egyptian artifacts is how they were stolen during the colonial subjugation of The Egyptian State in which they were put into a foreign museum.

Therefore, we fully announce our intention not to open any trade or diplomatic ties with the UKOB until the return of all of our stolen artifacts without exception. Furthermore we call on all of our comrades that have had cultural artifacts stolen from them to do the same. For when we are united there's no Imperialist force than can stop us, we also announce that we are fully backing the calls of the FEUSSR for UAN sanctions against UKOB."

Delhi:

***Letter to the Government of Orange-Bourgogne***

The British Government currently employs a gaslighting attitude against the claims that many nations have made in the past weeks. For centuries, this Government invaded, destroyed, sacked and killed entire civilizations and now they pretend to use the victim card? Unbelievably gaslighting. Delhi applied the current sanctions not because we were unwilling to negotiate as the British stated falsely. Instead, we applied these sanctions because London refused to negotiate: Some of the Royal Jewels were stolen from the Indian Continent and therefore need to be returned.

The British Government putting conditions on what can be discussed and not is the ultimate sign of unwillingness to negotiate and even a sign of pure arrogance. The British state that some of these artifacts have been in their country for a very long time but this is not an excuse that washes away the original sin. A car that is stolen by someone is still considered stolen even if 10 years have passed. The British also argue that private property cannot be discussed because they have been passed down for generations... Well, the reason many of these families have these artifacts is because they were stolen, sacked.

The British Government telling the world that they will not negotiate with anyone who places sanctions on them is that classic European arrogance towards the "third world." These sanctions are the only reason the British are even listening to us today. This is our only tool of leverage that we have. Pledging it away would be to negotiate in an uneven, unfair position that would only yield no result for us.

We call on London to come to the table at Delhi and negotiate so that our world can begin to heal from the atrocities that their regime caused in the past.

**********

Our government officially calls for a UAN meeting at Delhi where the nations of the world can gather to discuss this issue at length and finally bring some closure to billions of people across the world. We want to invite everyone who has a claim against the British Government and on the Security Council members (Imperial Eagle, CCCP- and Vashnal), that way we can guarantee that a serious discussion will take place.

We guarantee that each and every delegation will be treated with respect and dignity. A full security detail, in addition to their own, will be provided.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Maratha-Empire, The Hellenes League, and others

The MFA of the FEUSSR will attend the UAN session.

The FEUSSR proposes a motion to enact the following sanctions on Orange-Bourgogne from all UAN member states:

    embargoing of arms and related materials to the UKOB;
    bans on the export of aviation and rocket fuel to the UKOB;
    bans on the trade of gold, oil, precious metals, and diamonds with the UKOB or associated entities;
    bans on the export of luxury goods to the UKOB;
    restrictions on financial support for trade with the UKOB via the freezing of UKOB-owned assets, the removal of public subsidies for companies of the UKOB, or further;
    restrictions on FDI towards the UKOB via limitations in the share of companies' equity capital across the board, and/or nationalisations and expropriations of UKOB assets as recompense for stolen goods;
    and the prohibition of certain UKOB individuals from entering the territories of UAN member states.

This is due to the imperialist theft and/or pillaging of the following national treasures and/or cultural artefacts:

  • The burning of the Old Summer Palace, an intangible, irreplaceable cultural artefact that was destroyed in the name of European greed;

  • The looting of the Haiyantang Zodiac fountain with its 12 bronze animal heads (currently in the Musée Chinois of the Palace of Fontainebleau, Labyrnna - the heads of the rabbit and rats were returned to the National Museum);

  • The burning of bronze vessels, daring back to the Shang, Zhou and Han dynasties that were up to 3,600 years old in 1860;

  • The Forty Scenes of the Yuanmingyuan (currently in the Bibliothèque nationale de France, Labyrnna);

  • The Admonitions of the Court Instructress;

  • $20 billion USD in reparations and restitution as recompense for looting by the British Legation in the Boxer Rebellion of 1900;

  • Around 1.6 million looted Qing antiquities which currently reside in museums across the world, with more than half (~0.8 million) from the Old Summer Palace itself;

  • and other looted antiquities yet to be named or identified.

"One day two bandits entered the Summer Palace. One plundered, the other burned. Victory can be a thieving woman, or so it seems. The devastation of the Summer Palace was accomplished by the two victors acting jointly. Mixed up in all this is the name of Elgin, which inevitably calls to mind the Parthenon. What was done to the Parthenon was done to the Summer Palace, more thoroughly and better, so that nothing of it should be left. All the treasures of all our cathedrals put together could not equal this formidable and splendid museum of the Orient. It contained not only masterpieces of art, but masses of jewelry. What a great exploit, what a windfall! One of the two victors filled his pockets; when the other saw this he filled his coffers. And back they came to Europe, arm in arm, laughing away. Such is the story of the two bandits.

We Europeans are the civilized ones, and for us the [Qing] are the barbarians. This is what civilization has done to barbarism."

Panama City, Old Quarter, 12 AM

The group of 20 men and two JLTVs made their way down the street to what was the home of the President of Panama. So far, there had been limited counter-attacks by the PPF around the city and a rather ad-hoc attempt to close the Canal up near Colon. Some enterprising PPF grunts attempted to take a boat and ram it into the locks up there but ran right into a Sentinel-class cutter and had a brown pants moment when the sole 5 inch gun aimed at them and fired. One of the men. Sgt. Ramirez, held a hand up to stop the convoy as it rumbled through the dim street lights. he looked through his scope and saw there was at least two armored cars in front of the building. Not that they posed a threat to the convoy as they had a Buford light tank with them. Ordering the troopers to fall back behind the tank and JLTVs, the convoy rolled forward, heavy metal music suddenly blaring from a mounted loud speaker. This of course alerted the PPF troops in front of the building and they began to open fire. Once the Buford made it's presence known, that resistance quickly collapsed. The PPF had next to nothing that could counter tanks and Washington send the latest toys down for a test run in urban conditions. So far the Grants were doing their intended job, not that they had much in the way of competition from the PPF. The jarheads of the 11th MEU had taken San Miguelito, which though an enclave, was still part of the greater metro area. That part of the area had been taken from both air and sea and what PPF forces were in the way were swept aside like dust under the rug. As Ramirez and his group cleared the building room by room, they found the panic room. After some time convincing whoever the hell was inside to open, Ramirez cracked a grin. There in the panic room was President Cortizo and his family. Key his mic, Ramirez spoke

"Badger-1 to Badger Actual, Hawk has been captured unharmed. Repeat Hawk and family taken captive. Badger-1 out."

Not a bad way to earn some R&R Ramirez thought to himself...

***Letter to the Government of Labyrnna***

The Maratha Government, like many other countries across the world, admires the rich history that your great nation has. All cultures can learn of the victories and crises that the Labyrnnan nation experienced through centuries; important lessons to study. Sadly, throughout that history our country suffered a great deal of pain. Colonial ventures launched by your own Empire decimated and sacked some of our territories through time. The best example of this is Goa, where Muslim Marathans were forced to give up their property and belongings. Billions in damages were caused. The exploitation of our riches made matters worse. As a result, after years of colonization, Maratha became one of the poorest countries on earth. The oxymoron is palpable: A nation that gave so many riches and made Europeans rich also became one of the poorest in the planet.

That is why we are asking for a formal payment as reparations for the damages caused. It is important to clarify that no sum can ever be correctly calculated and even if we could, the sum would be far too great (in the trillions) for any nation to cover. We request a sum of USD$200 billion as reparations for the damages caused. We will use this money to help develop our nation and try to bring it out of the poverty we currently face on the daily.

UAN Proposal

FEB24-2021-CAN-03
Establish a International Court of Justice
Canada
Representative John Doyle

Meet, discuss, and negotiate about establishing a International Court Of Justice and what they can do.

The court will be headquartered in Ottawa, Canada and will meet in the court in Ottawa to have trials and hear cases.

The court will hear cases on war crimes, ethnic cleansing, genocide, human right abuses, illegal state interference, issues that other countries have with other countries, border disputes, and other issues.

The court will negotiate on issues between other countries, border disputes, and also negotiate on treaties to end a war. The International Court of Justice can’t enforce rules on border disputes or treaties to end a war but can advise and negotiate between the countries. The International Court of Justice also can’t enforce rules on issues between different countries but can advise and negotiate between them.

The court will hold trials on war crimes, ethnic cleansing, genocide, and human right abuses and decide the punishment if the defendant/country is found guilty. The court will also decide to summon a war criminal/country to the court to have a trial. If a country harbors a war criminal/human rights abuser after the court has issued a summons and the country refuses to give the war criminal/human rights abuser to the International Court of Justice, the International Court of Justice can bring a proposal to the General Assembly to issue sanctions towards that certain country until they bring the war criminal/human rights abuser to the court. If a country has committed human rights abuses or has committed war crimes and the International Court of Justice has issued a summons for the country to come to trial and the country refuses to come to trial the International Court of Justice can bring a proposal of sanctions on that country to the General Assembly and the General Assembly shall vote on it. Any member of the International Court of Justice can issue a proposed summons to summon a war criminal/human rights abuser to a trial and the summons will be voted upon by the International Court of Justice.

The court can give legal opinions on situations.

A court will only hear a case if its submitted by a UAN Nation

Any country in the UAN can submit a case to the International Court of Justice that will be heard by the International Court of Justice. If it’s a genocide case/war crimes/human rights case the International Court of Justice will vote on it to bring it to trial or not and if the vote passes the International Court of Justice can bring it to trial.

The International Court of Justice can hold trials for war criminals and decide their punishment if found guilty.

All judges will be elected for a 4 year term (208 irl days).

Establish a prison on Bear Island, James Bay, Nunavut, Canada that will be responsible for holding criminals such as war criminals that have been found guilty by the International Court of Justice.

If a country brings a case towards a country that has a seat as a judge in the International Court of Justice the judge of that country shall be removed temporarily until that hearing or trial is over to ensure there is no bias. A random country that doesn’t have a seat on the International Court of Justice will be selected to appoint a judge temporarily for that certain hearing or trial to ensure there is a odd number.

If a country has a judge on the International Court of Justice and brings a case against another country that has a judge on the International Court of Justice both of those judges will be removed temporarily until the trial or hearing is over to ensure that there is no bias. 2 random countries that doesn’t have a seat on the International Court of Justice will be selected to appoint a judge temporarily for that certain hearing or trial.

There will be 13 judges that will be selected randomly for a 4 year term. One from North America, one from Central America, one from South America, one from North Europe, one from Eastern Europe, one from Western Europe, one from Northern Africa, one from Southern Africa, one from the West Asia, one from South Asia, one from South Eastern Asia, one from Oceania, and one from Eastern Asia.
