So I'm ranked in the top 1% for most dead, most zombies, and most survivors. Hurray for a large population I guess.

Quiet here.

Too quiet.

You know it grinds our gears when we are happily suppressing our peoples' desire for civil rights and political freedoms. Then some silly issue arises in which we are silly and let our hobnail boots off of the necks of our most loyal and ever so happy peons and noble houses. They then promptly get all sorts of strange notions, such as represenative democracy and elections. Some of them are no longer even happy with three whole choices in baskets. It does take forever to get them beat down properly again to negligible levels.

Oh yeah we got "Surviving Mars" the other day. It is a bit slow but we do enjoy watching our minions die. Would recommend "Oxygen Not Included" too.

Frankia is more enlightened in the sense that it has reduced its assemblies into essentially rubberstamps through sortition. An assemblyman might last half a cycle, a bureaucrat might last a hundred within the Realm as a whole. Stewardship by the wise is preferable to the stewardship by the foolish, enabling the Realm to endure whatever successes or catastrophes Fate might send her way. That is not say that Frankia is scarce when it comes to fools, let alone those that might reside in high places.

Redistribution centers, a right to work, a right to bread, and a harsh criminal justice system largely keeps the lower castes in line. That and exile of troublemakers to those portions of the Void devoid of the King's law, where the status of living is usually much, much lower. The press is always on a leash, though rebellions take place here and there ensuring the Realm militarily is always on its toes.

TBF, this is FBN.
Everything means invasion.

All we have to do is kick down the front door and the whole rotten structure will come crashing upon itself.

So, I’m new to this whole game. I came here because my previous region looked nice, but it turns out that it was too political, and the citizenship process was too complex for me. So, are there any tips you have for getting involved in this community?

Well, this community is for old rp chums and rivals from a Facebook app. Some of us are still active, others are just here for the milk and kek.

I'm not sure you ever actually won a war on FBN, so maybe keep the sabre in place. Unless as part of a larger coalition, IIRC you were still in the Axis when they crushed the ARN.

I mean. I would assume you can do whatever. Hah. Facebook Nations has been dead for almost 5 years, the app developers didn't keep it up to date so it when Facebook updated in 2014, the app went away.

Frankia never accomplished anything worthwhile on FBN without allies or as part of a coalition. :/

Frankia had a hand in starting the conflict, if I remember correctly, by selling Provence off to the Bruski. SIM and Devan quickly carved it up between themselves after the Frankish force there had departed. Bruski naturally was incensed, and threatened to use snuclear weapons to drive off the occupiers... Leading to Laptev using the occasion after smashing the Grand Republic as a justification to bring the ARN under heel.

Frankia had joined Laptev after ditching the ARN just in time to take part, though she gained nothing save for the Frankish-Patagonian rivalry that lingers on and off to this day.

The Martian President is still locked in an Ingenious dungeon if I recall...

I just realized I misread his comment. Thanks beer. Remember kids, do not drink and post. Or do. I'm not the boss of you.
My point was supposed to be that the GRA didn't manage anything on FBN except when our allies did it for us, or at least with us. Whoops.

Oh, I thought that's what your comment was saying initially anyway.

That's how I read it originally as well.
