Tanks and military forces have been spotted moving around the nation by foreign satellites." We are open to talks with the superpowers to split the world into our respective zones of influence" Mikhail II was quoted during the speech. Dimitry Yazov, Minister Of Defence, also states " Our first plan of action is Asia. Asia has been in a state of chaos, The main chinese power, Qinghui, has been isolaionist and quiet for the last few years. The lack of proper governments in Central asia and of couse korea shows that without foreign intervention the region will stay in a state of chaos, We must liberate the oppressed Asians from themselves"

Other than that. The First General Election of the empire is set to begin in the next few weeks with of course the black league praticipating, unlike previous elections the empire will instead have coalitions formed after each general election.

The Kingdom of Charoskania raises concern over this so called establishment of government over the "anarchic" natives. Citing the recent expansion into Uruguay and comparing it to the recent sightings in Siburian of the military troops, the military composition that will go and expand into Central Asia is far more large than the expeditionary force in Uruguay, and pointing out the high-grade military equipment makes it clear that this won't be peaceful. As a previous colony, the excuses by Siburian show a colonialist approach, as we are familiar with excuses such as "civilization", or stability, etc. We hereby close the embassy in Siburian.
