Vylerian Health Regulation & Prosperity Policy Act
Article 1: Any and all Vylerian Citizens, whom of which, have and/or are currently at an unhealthy weight exceeding the threshold of 200kgs & lower than 45kgs.
Article 2: Whom, of which does not suffer from a mental and/or physical illness preventing, the citizen, from a journey of weight loss/gain; and,
Article 3: Has refused, even under medical advice, such as those whose, professions revolve around the health & wellbeing of an individual, regarding weight / diet, for more than 5months
Article 4: Shall be executed, under lethal injection, in order too ease the amount of stress on the Universal Healthcare system & resource...
Article 5: They will be advised 3months of such information & if they do not follow the advise of government & medical professionals, they will be subject to execution under article 4.
I don't believe this, it's just a policy for my nation due to rising population & low resources

Article 6: Any and all executions shall be carried out, under permission from a Supreme court & central medical professional board, in the capital.
Article 7: Exemptions will be made for newly made citizens, whom of which were once refugees, and are asylum seekers, as defined in the Convention On The Status of Refugees; of which Vyleria is apart of.
Article 8: Government will also, if the citizen approves of such medical/ government advice to be fitter, then they will be allocated, under government funding, a personal trainer.
Article 9: If the person in question, has recently been sworn in citizenship, then a rest period of 2years, from article 1-3 will be enacted. If the period is overtaken, then Article 1-3 will be reviewed for the person in question.

Vote recommendation: FOR
military occupations and prevent the exploitation of both civilians and
resources. The proposal would provide occupied civilians the same rights
as civilians in non-occupied WA member states, prevent occupying forces
from raising punitive taxes on occupied civilians, prevent the
utilization of natural and community resources for further military
efforts or for the domestic use of the occupying forces, as well as
ensure a peaceful transition of power to a sovereign government at the
end of hostilities, amongst other protections. Serious violations of the
resolution by any means would be considered a war crime, and violators
would be tried accordingly. Overall, the aim of the proposal is a
laudable one, seeking to protect civilians from exploitation and abuse,
and after many drafts over a two year period the proposal is well
written and contains no clear flaws or concerns. Therefore, the ministry
recommends a vote FOR this resolution.
