impressive World Census statistics and the hard work they have put in to
achieve those stats, but more so the citizens of Northern Borland do
not have good quality of life, due to the nation focusing more on
businesses and their economy, rather than their residents. While
some of the statistics mentioned in the proposal are impressive, and the
argument is compelling, nations exist on the same end of the spectrum,
like The Dark System and on the opposite side of it, like
Kindjal, whose cumulative rankings tower above the target's. While the author does an
impressive job of depicting the target as condemnation worthy, due to
the existence of higher-ranked nations, the Ministry doesn't recommend
any particular vote on this resolution.
