And they're mostly free from that scrutiny being appointed, whereas commishes are scrutinized since they are up for reelection. Since commishes campaign on issues like regional security (which was a big part of mine) shouldn't we have at least a say on how we act on those issues?

The problem I have isn't that commissioners don't have the power to deal with regional security matters, but that whenever we bring a troll matter to the cabinet, they just ignore it altogether. No wonder Riv called them ostriches when us commissioners reported to them.
