Whew, lowering taxes in this game is hard, especially if you try too keep certain standards. Still, from 66% down to 53% now. My aim is 40%.

You're telling me. This morning I accepted a proposal to cut taxes, it raised them from 34% to 40.1%, thus changing my Dominion from a New York Times Democracy to Liberal Democratic Socialist state.
