The response Illys hoped for came, but the results were certainly not.
It is with a reluctant sense of duty to inform the Unfortunate Deputy Overseer Illys of the Lovataari Sisterhood,

Your offer of mutual assistance to both wounded would have been accepted had my orders not been ever so clear. I understand you took initiative in breaking protocol, yet your offer contradicts my superior's orders. I, General Okshed of our mighty imperium have been ordered to carry out total extermination of all beneath this Order's banners. I am to see to it that no man, woman or child leave Masoperderm alive to make way for living space for the superior Gray race. As such your request to operate under our domains are denied and by our decree of our high council, I can only warn you this, any further residency by the next week cycle of this planet will see you as one of them and you shall be sentenced to death. any attempt of bringing those belonging to the order with you will result in immediate hostilities, and with utmost certainty your termination. So, I can only urge you this, Flee.

Meanwhile Summer turned to Lumei as she entered their chambers. She gave a soft smile as she returned the greeting by giving the same bow. She would look down at her daughter as she thought about what she could possibly be able to help with. Summer spoke as Mercia made incoherent babbling as the sun struck both their faces.

"Considering we might be staying for a period in time, It'd be nice to have a friendly face to talk with and learn about the norms here as to blend in and to conform to our hosts. Spirits, one knows it's a gift when you know you're not alone with a strange situation." Summer said as she turned her head to Lumei. "Jayden knew that better than anyone, he was going to keep it a surprise but he was studying your language in writing. He always believed the first few impressions were important. He always was a stickler for the mannerisms, despite him being rather crude in speaking behind closed doors."

Summer would make a fake whisper, loud enough for anyone in the immediate area to be able to hear everyword. "between me and you, even though he looks like a gentlemen I seen him make sailors turn their head with his amount of cursing behind closed doors. it came naturally to him." She jested "If there was a new swear something tells me he said it before it was even written."

[Illys's eyes are closed as her hand hovers over the severed limb of a Masoperdermite, a young man surely not yet out of his teens. She does not see his deathly pale face but can feel the weak beat of his heart, the flow of his blood, her consciousness and senses reaching into the living cells of his body as she wills the wound to close...she can feel the burning pain dull into an intense itching as new flesh, raw and red, forms slowly over the wound; a twist of her mind redirects the blood flow away from the exposed gore. A bead of sweat trickles down Illys's forehead from the effort, and she is barely aware of her physical self demanding one of the volunteers to increase the intake of the nutritional IV to the patient, who is rapidly losing energy...until the severed limb has formed into what looks like a newly, roughly healed stump. Only then does Illys drop her hand and open her eyes, matted hair stuck to her forehead, and smiles wearily at the young man. He's going to make it...for another day, at least.]

...

Illys: [Enters the makeshift tent at the center of the sprawling refugee camp, her healer's robes covered in blood and debris from the day's frantic activities, inclining her head to acknowledge the Overseer] You wanted to see me, Sister?

Nephara: [She instantly turns on her subordinate, the effect of her taller stature menacing in the dim glow of the string lights hanging overhead] You think I don't have people who talk to me in that little band of yours? You went behind my back, Illys.

Illys: [Cooly] Our mission is to save as many lives as possible-

Nephara: Our mission is whatever the Service deems it to be. Sister Arriwai has declared Masoperderm a lost cause. We have a week to present our charges with a choice - a mercy death by us, or come what may with the Grays.

Illys: [Her voice rising] If you think I'm going to leave these people to die-

Nephara: What you think has no bearing any more. You're stripped of your title of Deputy Overseer, effective immediately. [She narrows her eyes] You talk of neutrality, yet risk bringing us into open conflict with an intersystem military superpower! Not that it matters anymore...we shall carry out our orders, and then we are leaving for Libertaria. [She turns back towards her desk, piles of medical records heaped perilously atop] You are dismissed.

Illys: [Unmoving] I thought we were supposed to help people. To save them from the cruel mockery of senescence and mortality.

Nephara: Dismissed, Illys!

Illys: [She turns and brusquely leaves the tent, anger fighting to boil over, a plan already hatching in her head...]

Lumei: [Smiling] Perhaps the Kaiser would be happy to make the acquaintance of Elder Sister Kharzal. She also has...quite a way with words. You should see her when someone treats Sarakkha - her dearest companion - like an animal. I can hear her now. [She affects a passable impression of Kharzal's cold lilt] "Sinta! Sarakkha is ten times the Sister you kunür will ever be!" [Chuckling, she nevertheless casts a slightly guilty glance around them, seemingly at nothing] Of course, I shouldn't poke fun...she's right, and one never knows when Elder Sister is listening...but enough vague and mildly threatening musings. [She gestures kindly at Summer] You would like to know more about your hosts, and perhaps you could surprise your husband by learning a bit more of our language. I can be a friendly face, but I'm sure you'd get tired of me eventually. Why don't we ease our security restrictions somewhat, and I could take you out to dinner within the district? We won't stray too far from this residence, and you can get a feel for this place...my home, and yours as long as it is necessary. [She grins slyly] If it helps ease your decision, it would be considered a failure of my hospitality were you to not enjoy a good meal under my care.

Summer tilted her head as her eyes glanced towards the window. The thought of leaving the residence appealed to her. It'd be a pleasant treat to finally be out there and not exclusively hovered over for the sake of protection. As an addon, it'd get her mind to focus on something else. She would adjust her head and nod at Lumei with a soft smile. "I'd really appreciate that. I rather not be cooped up like a hen in... well a coop. plus some fresh air would do us nicely. You're too kind for us miss Lumei."

It was only a day after the announced fall of Masoperderm. A man in a dirtied uniform would be walking with another dirtied uniformed man besides a large wave of elderly and youths, those who for one reason or another had failed to flee before the invasion began. his rifle was slung over his shoulder as his eyes were tired as he had been escorting the masses since the order was given. He didnt even need to look at them all to tell they were tired to as they became sluggish as he had to keep assisting the elderly off the ground. He was told by his superiors to stop assisting the ones who fell three times, and at the start he ignored this order, but after hours upon hours he gave up and obeyed. there was no way they could save them all. The fellow soldier on his side would take out a pack of cigarettes and offered one to the man. The man would nod as he took one and placed it in his mouth. he stood for a moment as his comrade would strike his lighter and ignited the tips in one go. The man would pull away with his two fingers keeping the cigarette in place giving a nod as a gesture of thanks.

The man would continue the march as his unit was to escort the masses to the designated places for treatment. It was the only place they could go in their eyes. the few military bases that remained could not sustain the civillians. The man looked to the ground as he contemplated the grim reality he was in.

A woman was running with the hands of her child engulfed by hers through a forest. The poor child could barely get a few steps in as he kept being lifted off the ground consistently. it was only after the Mother caught sight of a house that barely stood by itself that she manually lifted him and carried him in the building. The child could hear distant voices that growled and barked. As the mother ran in the building He could hear the snapping of fallen logs and the voices getting closer. When the mother entered the main room, she looked around frantically and entered a bedroom in an act of instinct. Seeing there was a closet she would quickly lower her child on the floor of the closet and creaked the door, nearly closing it. she motioned with a singular finger to her mouth to tell the child to keep quiet. Only brief words were exchanged before the mother stood up from her knees and quickly ran back into the main room to hide, only for her to stop in her place as she heard something crash against the front door.

the child sat in the closet as he heard loud thudding against the floorboards. he could tell which were his mothers and which weren't. there was shouting from her mother, and despite wanting to be comforted by her, he sat in silence, covering his ears. he tried to block all of the noise that was on going. the low rumbling of an inhuman voice vibrated the floor as he felt heat from the other room. and how he heard a series of screams like never before. it reminded him of his mother, was it? no, he reasoned, she couldn't be it, his mother would've thought of something to get out of the situation, it had to be a trick. it had to...

the boy wanted to cry from being frightened. he had his hands move to his mouth to stay silent, tears streaming across his face. he heard slow thuds coming towards the bedroom as he quickly hushed his breath. he saw a large bipedal reptilian, cladded in armor he has never seen before carrying a large flame thrower of some sort. the figure slowly turned its head left to right scanning the area. with a few steps it was in the middle of the room. it paced the area a few times before stopping at the creaked door. noticing the door was open the figure slowly began to reach for it only to be interrupted by a loud noise from another one of them outside the room. the Gray barked something back as it left the door alone, leaving the boy alone. after several moments and not another noise happening, the boy finally broke silence.

he made the damning call, and called out in a questioning manner "Mama?"

[Internal memo of the SCP Foundation Ethics Committee Conference on Inter-System Affairs]

The matter of public-private partnerships on this matter can be expanded upon with an update on the Inner Orion Research and Development Corporation (referred to hereinafter as the RDC), a Foundation affiliate and private institution currently engaged in normalcy operations in the local region. Of particular concern to this conference is the RDC's ongoing agreement with the Gray Imperium's military forces on the acquisition of human test subjects: the RDC has complied with Foundation regulations in the de jure designation of these subjects as death row equivalency under Imperium martial law...

[Dr. Emmett Kelariko stood impassively behind the one-way observation port overlooking the hangar of the Messina-class space cruiser, the Nahum, as landing ships unloaded frightened Masoperdermites by the hundreds onto the gleaming white deck. He was not a man usually taken by the auspices of public speaking, but upon this occasion of the acquisition of one of the largest influxes of human resources in recent memory, he felt the need was present to make its importance known - not just for the benefit of the unwitting test subjects being introduced to his vessel, but to the hundreds of staff and colleagues, as well as the Gray liaison he was undoubtedly sure was listening. The crackle of the public announcement system startled many of the Masoperdermites into looking up fruitlessly into the cavernous hangar bay as Kelariko began his prepared speech.]

Kelariko: Welcome aboard the RDC Nahum. We are a mobile research station possessing state-of-the-art facilities dedicated to the advancement of humankind. If this is your first time here, congratulations! You now have the chance, despite your unfortunate circumstances, to advance this great cause and help your species further the frontiers of understanding and knowledge. For now, rest; we are sympathetic to your plight, and your ordeal has undoubtedly taken a toll on your faculties. Please follow the directions of our staff to your living quarters. Make yourselves at home. Tomorrow, our work begins. [Kelariko replaces the microphone with another crackle of static, and turns to the senior researcher standing at rest beside him] Have you prepared their cells for testing?

Researcher: Yes sir. Once all the test subjects have been assigned to their cells, Blocks B, C, and D have been prepared to switch oxygen flow to the thaumic system at a moment's notice.

Kelariko: Good. We'll see how many of them live to day one.

[Had the man in the dirtied uniform looked up, he would have seen the silent approach of a willowy, lithe woman in the bloody robes of a healer, unkempt black hair flowing down to her shoulders, her exposed arms displaying twisting tattoos of a ritual nature unknown to the man. As it was, he would not have noticed until the woman had stopped before him and extended one of those pale, tattooed arms in an urgent but not unkind manner.]

[The twilight sun illuminating Angelus City had never, and would never, move from its position in the orange sky, which had inspired the architects of the city to build - and often, grow - the structures in striking ways that caught the permanent light in all its tinted effluence, structures which now surrounded Summer, Mercia, and Lumei as they strolled along the streets. Some buildings, while marvelous pieces of art in their own right, would not have looked out of place in baseline reality, yet others, spiraling into the sky in a tangled yet deliberate entwinement of sinew and bone, would have been utterly alien, even alarming, to the layperson. Passing a shrine, the Kaiserin would have probably even sensed a living breath coming from the beautifully inlaid flesh of the structure. Around them, the air was abuzz with a serene sense of contentment, as other walkers nodded politely at their entourage, dressed similarly eclectically in baseline fashions or robes of a dazzling array of colors.]

[As the trio passed what looked like a residential building, a small, raven-haired girl approached Mercia shyly, her hand cupped around an as-of-yet unseen item.]

Lumei: [Turning to Summer] It appears Mercia has a well wisher! Would you permit her to accept a gift?

The dirtied man's eyes betrayed the sense of his weariness as they gazed up from the ground. Upon her in the sight of his eyes, he thought he was having illusions due to his sleep deprivation. He was told of how Death came in many forms, sometimes as a menacing figure, sometimes as a gentle being. she however was eerie and at the same time reassuring. With her extended hand, he surely thought he was losing it, and he hoped the nicotine would kick in sooner. He was about to dismiss her until out of the corner of his eye he saw his comrade begin to unsling his rifle. in an instant the man would stop his comrade's rifle and shook to the man, taking the cigarette out and speaking in their vernacular. he tilted his head quickly, gesturing him to keep moving.

the comrade would look at her then at the man. he stared at him for a moment in a questioning manner before walking off and with the crowd. The man sighed as he placed his lit cigarette back into his mouth. he then turned his body towards her. his face and the dirt on it highlighted by the flame "Might as well, We're the dead walking all the same." he said.

Summer had followed Lumei as she observed the seemingly living buildings. At first Summer was awestruck with the seemingly reality defying structures, but she was not used to buildings that were so alien and feeling breath from the shrine, thus was uneasy upon seeing it. Summer's eyes glanced at Mercia who in her naive innocence could not yet grasp what she was seeing. Summer didn't expect her to, for she could barely do so. Summer reasoned to herself that it was simply culture shock and remained quiet for now. Upon seeing the small girl approach Mercia, Summer, despite her uneasiness beckoned her to come closer.

Summer: "yes, if you deem it safe for her." Summer said, She then spoke to the child "you can come, do not be afraid. She doesn't bite, she didn't grow teeth yet. She might just gumm you though."

[The operatives of the Inner Orion Research and Development Corporation Security Force (RDC-SF, colloquially called "Space Cowboys" among its members) were a grim collection, no strangers to blood and violence of all sorts across the systems - from coldly efficient ex-Foundation Mobile Task Force agents, ruthless paramilitary veterans of wars that would never see the front pages, and professional soldiers of national militaries for whom the public salary had paid too little. Empathy had long been ground of them, which was good for their current task - in a show of faith to their Gray partners, in exchange for a portion of the surviving Masoperderm population to be made available for whatever horrendous tests Kelariko had prepared for them (knowledge which was beyond the operatives' pay grade, anyway), the members of RDC-SF were to assist in the extermination of any and all Order citizens remaining on the planet. This they had been carrying out with the cold efficiency expected of them. It was understood this was strictly off the books - the general Foundation would probably not have approved one of their private partners assisting in a planetary genocide. One without obvious, direct benefits to Overwatch Command, at the very least.]

[The forest town Operative Cooper was currently trudging through was not the worst sh**hole he had been in recently, but he was still thoroughly on edge as the hulking reptilian form of a Gray stalked past him, apparently having cleared out a house with the violence he had come to expect from these creatures. His mouth, invisible behind the tinted helm of his tactical visor, pulled down in distaste. F***ing aliens. Then, a soft, plaintive cry suddenly came from the house in front of Cooper. It sounded like the Gray hadn't been as thorough as he thought. He approached the threshold and crossed through the doorway, rifle raised.]

[The girl approaches slowly, and unclasps her hands within reach of Mercia - a small piece of organic tissue, gently folded into a rough approximation of a dragon-like creature, unfurls its wings and gives a silent yawn. With a tiny hop, the figure leaps from the Angelan girl's hands onto Mercia's, its movements slowing and eventually stopping altogether as it assumes a pose of a dragon about to fly. The commander would turn his head to Kai as he the tank rumbled forward. He spat tobacco on the ground, moving his headset microphone above his ear. "The main city for now is in stable condition, I'm just surprised the Hixxians aren't up and arms with them Grays considering they engaged their own fleet up there. Then again so far, those Gray dogs only been invading the neutral zone and the Valgoza Islands. So maybe they're not as invested here and would rather lose a place that got settled than start a war you don't need to be involved in... I hope our boys on those island chains are safe. last report from them was them being cooped up at Fort Taras giving the Grays as much hell as they can. One report even said some of them refused to die from being gassed with an unknown chemical and charged the Grays when the fighting began while coughing up their own organs. If a small force can do a feat like that, I reckon our rag tag counterattack can possibly do a big punch in their advance."

the commander stopped talking for a moment as he held onto his ear piece. he leaned on the edge of his turret. he'd lowered his microphone as he spoke into it in the Libersprekt vernacular.  his eyes were widened. he broke into a cold sweat as he wiped it from his brow. "Masoperderm..." he said. He stopped himself as he raised the microphone as he simply stared ahead of the tank as the city was in sight. "We have to hold, we can not let this planet fall..."

Kai simply sighed, and took a quick look at his men. This month has just been getting better and better "Locke your prayers now men, unlike our tour in the dessert. Its going to rain plasma than missiles today." Just as he was about to continue his speech, a voice came from his earpiece.

One all too familiar to him.

"Yo kai, still alive?" It was the kid.

"Kreis?" he said befuddled but nonetheless, a small smile crept up. "How the hell are you alive? I'm glad but, what the hell is your status?"

A laugh can be heard as a bit of static meshes. "The teahouse is planning something big, Masoperderm is in the brink of something-" the boy's voice pauses. "All you need to know is you guys need to hold the line,"

Kai snorts. "Easy for you to say, you should have seen the shi** we've been through, even saw a dragone."

"Heh, you have us to thanks for that." The line cuts, leaving kai both confused whether or not the kid was joking or not. Either way, he had no choice on the matter, it was either die or live.

"So, this was what master's providence led to." A coalescing shadow erupted from the ground, it slithered up forming a figure of a man, he has long-silver hair and was covered by a skeletal mask. His outfit consists of a reddish, violet, and white vest and pants, and a black fur overcoat. "The game has special guests, one of which....has quite an intriguing offer." His eyes shifted to Illys, a closed but wide smile can be seen from the man. "But I have a different act to suggest." He said in a offhanded but serious tone. The infantry began to dismount the tanks as they carried their equipment to the trenchline in a line formation. the trench was crowded with a mixture of Regiments that were seemingly order originated and the ones from the forgien conscripts who were originally here for a better life to find themselves in hell. screaming sounds of static could periodically be heard as the group kept moving. But I assure you, it is not devilry or evil magic. It is...a skill, only as good or evil as the intentions of the one wielding it. [She allows the dragon to run up onto her shoulder as she leads Summer onwards down the street] Fleshcrafting is a tradition of our people, the descendants of the Kalmaktama...but I will spare you the history lesson. You could call it magic; the Sisterhood would call it being immersed, completely in tune and in control of the living cells that make up our bodies and those of every living thing around us. You may recall, little Mercia had a fever on the way here, and the way I healed her...that was also fleshcrafting. [She smiles somewhat apologetically] I took the liberty of sensing her ailment, and redirecting her immune system in the optimal way to relieve her fever quickly and allow her rest. Nothing more. [They are coming up on a quaint little café on the style of a cottage at the end of the intersection, which Lumei leads them towards] For our abilities, we were...hunted. Persecuted. The child couldn't understand a singular thing Cooper was saying but his gestures were caught. the boy would dash off to the front door to freeze as he saw a hulking alien with others like himself before him. his steps were not unheard as the giant slowly turned as caught a glimpse of the child. with a low humming growl the Gray would snarl "Disgusting." and unholstered a plasma pistol. with a singular hand he raised the gun with the intent to kill. as it was charging up, as if it was divine intervention, the Gray's head shattered as a burst of blue liquid busted out suddenly followed by the sound of a thunderous KRAAAAK.

the Gray's headless body stood tall for moments before it fell behind as the group was startled back. A snag in the air followed as submachine gun fire opened from their rear. The Grays began to disperse and take whatever cover they could find as they were taking small arms fire before one of their own fell down dead. Its hulking armor cracked with an exit would large enough for a whole fist to go through the right side as KRAAAAK was heard again.

The boy ducked as he covered his head. he closed his eyes tightly as he cried shaking. Cooper certainly would hear the commotion as the Grays were barking orders. As the kid stayed there frozen in fear, he felt himself forcibly lifted and slung over a shoulder. he screamed as thought he was a goner. But as luck would have it, it was not harm but rescue that found him. When he opened his eyes, still screaming, he saw the backside of who was carrying him. camouflaged green shirt and pants with a rucksack to match with a pistol that resembled a Luger, the person running off with him was none other than one of the regulars who managed to survive until now.

The soldier would be sprinting holding both the boy over his shoulder and the barrel of his submachine gun. Adrenaline kicked in as he felt plasma and ammunition flying around his head. he weaved to the side of a house he knew had friendly coverage. He dropped the kid down and sharply turned facing the Grays on one knee raising his gun to provide overwatch. the soldier briefly turned to the boy for a moment and patted his shoulder before giving a thumbs up, knowing words could not be heard for him as the gunfight continued before returning his attention to more pressing matters.

Summer entered the cafe with Mercia as she looked around. to her it was like a campfire in a cold night, a welcomed delight to have. When she sat down she took a deep breath and nodded.

Summer: "to be frank I'm not the best to say this experience, but I'll do what I can as I'm not Libertari." Summer would adjust Mercia as she thought of where to begin. she blanked out for moments before finally speaking again. "When the order came to this universe several centuries ago, they had experienced the loss of their only known home world. a world where magic never existed outside fairy tales and myths, or cartoons of course. As time progressed through out then The order had yet to encounter such things as they endured the hardships all societies have to face. That was until they reached a place called 'Gensokyo' by sheer accident."

Summer would raise a finger as she thought what came after that. "Pardon me, I didn't think to bring the history books with me."

"Let's see." Summer would mutter to herself as she recalled the details. She snapped her free hand's fingers. "Ah, that's right. It was there where we encountered Magic for the first time. The experimental ship had managed to slip past the... I think the locals called it the barrier. whatever it was the crew of 50 crashed and landed- well, crash landed there. It resembled Japan back then, I think they recorded it as the Edo period. At first the Magic was merely whimsical and a delight to see, striking the crew with childlike wander. People who were claimed to be humans flying with nothing but their will and winged humanoids. Yet they noted the populace were heavily superstitious. but when time progressed the crew tried to explain away these superstitions, that was when things turned for the worst."

Illys: No. [Rivulets of blood stream up her arm, gathering into her open hand and coagulating until she holds a wickedly sharp dagger, pointed at the man in the skeletal mask.] If our new friends would be so kind as to introduce themselves.

As the creatures tensed behind him, the masked man looked onto the blade, gesturing up his gauntlet revealing a dark scaly look onto it. "I am a scion of my master, bringer of death,

Skulls of ashen cover thy hands," His gruff voice pauses.

"This scion's forthcoming, is..bob." His voice out, opening his arms grandiosely. His skeletal mask shifts to face the two, as the humanoid creatures behind him remain unmoved by it all.

The tank divisions would make their way to a trench line on the outskirts of the main city of Midteshima. The tanks would halt as the tank commander stood up and shouted for the infantry onboard to give their rendezvous to someone of higher rank. "Alright girl scouts! Listen up," the commander shouted as he sat down on the hood of his tank turret. "you are being deployed here in this trenchline. you are find Major General Oskar Winfal, not Windfall, Winfal. Make sure you all still have your dance partners because the Major General is wanting to put up one hell of a show. now move it you dogs!"

The infantry began to dismount the tanks as they carried their equipment to the trenchline in a line formation. the trench was crowded with a mixture of Regiments that were seemingly order originated and the ones from the foreign conscripts who were originally here for a better life to find themselves in hell. screaming sounds of static could periodically be heard as the group kept moving. There was a grim expression on some of the faces of the regular forces, a face that was similar to the tank commander's from earlier.

"Hey Kai, wanna give a speech before we all go get fisted up to the elbow?" Jaffe, one of his men asks. The trenchline was...spotty or well, if this was the average battlefield they'd go and say it was decent. But this was gray aliens from the skies, with weird stuff happening as if on the daily with this war. "Well, if only we got our equipment....which, wait a minute." Kai pauses his walk.

"Where ze hell did you putes, stored our equipment?" the group pauses. "Willingham, brother...why haven't we used our gear?" The group turns to willingham, his second in command. A sweat could be seen from him, freezing at the mention of his name. "You know what, he's right, why have we been using the order's gear?" Miller, one of his men also looks confused.

"Okay, I may have forgotten to tell you all but, I kinda forgot to take some of our equipment that was confiscated in the barracks." This statement, earns him looks, and then a small laugh. "Ok zen everyone, if we die, blame willingham." Kai states,

"Yup."

"Totally"

"Gods have mercy."

"As if you all were any different! You just noticed it now!" Willingham says, heartily. Although the group was clearly working with 80% of strength, atleast they have a crutch or an outlie to blame for them timely deaths, Kai thought as he smoke a cig.

"Alright, gents. Zey won't be long till our line gets peppered, so let's show these irregs what's it about when battling uncertain odds with ze wild geese, ey?"

As the conflicts throughout various bleak universes raged on, a group of people on a dying Earth prayed to the gods for an end to this ice age. Not a single one answered their plea. "No God has come to provide the humans salvation in the end. It is time." A mother was grieving for her recently deceased boy before falling asleep. In her dream, she met an old man. "My Lord, is that really you?" The man approached her. "Yeah, my child. I have come to visit my favourite planet." The old man proceeded to tell her to leave with her brother and his wife. "It is the only way to go to the promised land." The lady woke up from her dream and told her big brother to flee with her. "God told me in a dream that we need to leave the gentiles to their own fate. It is for our own safety." Her brother nods and the two of them walked away to the western desert with his brother's wife after saying goodbyes to the others. The old man from the dream appeared behind the three as they are going back to the Levant. His frail body changed into that of a dark humanoid with mouths covering his body. "Now time for the rest." The twins are preparing the tents for the group to live in when they noticed a woman wearing miko clothes and a sun tiara. "Struggle no more. It is time for you to go to a better place." Their eyes got wider. "Amaterasu-sama, thank you for rescuing us." The lady accompanied them to the tent and tucked the twins to sleep. She licked her lips after seeing them sleeping. "Eating humans is a cliche for those gods of old. I have a better idea." The 'sun goddess' transforms back to her true form as a mass of crawling chaos. The evil being absorbed the twins and carried them to the ruins of a shrine in Hokkaido. He left them to the mercy of the elements. After leaving Japan, he would pose as Bacchus to trick the rest of the group into drinking mercury and dying from poisoning.

Hey everyone! Your delegate here!

I already send some of you a telegram regarding future governance changes, but I would like to start an open discussion for a potential overarching regional roleplay.

This roleplay would encapsulate most of the in-character governance of the region, this excludes moderation, World Assembly and foreign affairs. These would still be handeld by the overarching OOC government. For the function of World Assembly Delegate we'll have a seperate method of selection, as this has a few more points than just RP. We'll discuss the Delegate position another time.

For now I would like to propose the following settings for a regional roleplay. The setting will encapsulate a scaled-up Gensokyo in which players will choose/create their own faction. The Council of Gensokyo has recently been formed, and gatherings are held regularly at the House of Eternity (Eientei). Here delegations from various factions come together to discuss events in Gensokyo & between their factions. Players will play the characters representing their faction's interests in these meetings, they can ofcourse flesh out the faction mostly to their heart's content.

A meeting will be opened by a speaker and event log will be shared. Whilst the meeting might only be a day or two, they can last multiple real-life days, depending on the frequence of messages. The speaker will eventually close the meeting, after which events can happen in Gensokyo. This stage will last a short real-life time, but can be week(s) in character time. Here global events will happen that shape council topics. Any interaction between factions can be described to the "RP manager", though these can also be gleamed of discussions between groups, these too will be shared in the event log.

I would like to hear your opinion on this, if you got any objections or other ideas I would love to hear them.

A few government positions would open at the start:
-Roleplay Manager(s): They would manage the events stage and the general time control. They would also take moderative actions in regard to roleplay activities, in case of disputes or problematic behaviour between various players.
-Speaker: They would manage the opening and closing of sessions, as well as bring up topics to the table if they've yet to be discussed. This position would be initially appointed, but then become an elected position in character.

The World Fact Entry (at the top) would become mostly available to the regional RP. It would retain most primary information like what is EG & our external links, but the rest will be available for use for events in Gensokyo, accessing the RP, and eventually laws of the council as well.
