I think there's somebody about to play Austria-Hungary, and the Republic of China is already taken by Heavenly china, but I'm pretty sure the rest are free. I look forward to having another player in the region!

I would love Europe btw, but I am terrified I would be ganked immediately by the veterans in the region to expand their imperialist borders.

At this point in time Japan hadn't invaded Manchuria yet; that happened in 1931. However, you would own Korea.

I would suggest Czechoslovakia, but we've brutalized them pretty hard already...

if you wanted to go for Europe, a revaunchist Yugoslavia would be a cool idea? The allies gave Italy a lot in Saint-Germain/Trianon...
