A poll will be constructed, should the plan in question be voted in the affirmative the new region will be founded according to the guidelines and goals stated.

As Prime Minister, I will abide by your decision, but you must know my objection. If your staying, I recommend Deputy PM Coros is given the title of Consul in the New Region so he can be acting PM in the new region. This will ensure that government is orderly, and recruitment can go ahead without delay. I believe MBC members, and all citizens of the realm should relocate for their own safety, and to assist in recruitment efforts
The refounding effort is, frankly, not my business. Are you familiar with colonial history? I assume so, consider this to be a charter. I’m granting permission to go and found a new region- however I have no plans on being the prime minister of this region. This region would in essence be a vassal, one with a new regional government headed by whoever the founding member(s) choose. You want to refound the region so that the regions nations may continue to be in a thriving region, I’m giving you the permission to do that. I don’t want to refound, honestly I don’t think it will fix many of our problems and may only create more. But if it’s the people’s will then they may go refound the nation, I simply don’t want to be part of it. That’s my position on the matter.
Well then we might as well not even vote on my proposal. I withdraw it from debate on the floor of the MBC. I don't understand what the problem is. I'm getting tired of doing whats in the best interest of a monarch, who isnt currently present, at the expense of the people. The interests of the people are a far greater concern to me than the interest of the Crown.
You accuse me of putting the needs of the crown above the needs of the people? Consider this Fijian, the issues that currently plague the people are as follows: the queen’s absence and stagnation. Am I wrong? We have no form of entertainment to draw or keep nations, that won’t change by founding a new region. If anything it worsens, unless we have someone considerably skilled in creating a region’s appearance? Look at Cretanja, it’s beautifully crafted it looks official and structured. Unless we have someone capable of recreating that we’ll be refounding at a significant disadvantage, then you have to consider that there’s no new draw in refounding. What will draw new people in, in a new region that we can’t already include in our current region? The fact we lack a founder is a minor issue at worst, nobody is going to take over. I’m on at least once a day, raiders wouldn’t have the time to take over the region before we password locked it and kicked every raider out. There is so many reasons to stay here and few to leave, you want to help the people? Solve our recruitment issues HERE, don’t give up on the region simply because the founder’s not present. Don’t claim I don’t care about the people, there’s no good reason to believe that.
All that having been said the refounding effort can still move forward if you choose, I’m not one to stand in the way of the vote. If issues continue to persist about my choice to stay I’ll simply resign so that a new Prime Minister can leave the region and help in the founding process.
You seem offended Mr. Prime Minister. I didn't mean to come off as rude. You joining us was a pillar of the plan I proposed. If your not coming then my proposal is not worthy of a vote, because the full plan will not be implemented, therefore defeating the purpose of the proposal. So let's do it your way. It sounds like that was the better idea from the get go.
A number of reasons. For one I’m simply not qualified for the position, I don’t have the skills necessary to grow the region. For another matter I’m unsure what to do in general to move the region forward. Finally, because I told you: if you continued to press the issue I would resign. “Waiting”? There’s no clearer way for you to make your desire to refound clear. Since you make up one out of 5-6 nations still active (maybe less) that’s a significant portion of the region’s population. As such I’m moving out of your way, so if you want to refound you can do so freely and I may still remain here to wait for her majesty’s return.
I am not trying to be hostile, though your remark did frustrate me. I resigned so you might go through your plan. I’m unwilling to move from the region that her majesty has already refounded once, when she returns I will greet her and inform her of the refounding project- that’s assuming you move forward with it. I will wait as long as is necessary for her majesty to return.
