are you gonna do anything?
Been waiting on you.
Illusion fields are shut off and extracted. The noisemakers would stay up, however. The flying bots would continue to patrol and make sweeps over hordes.
Arcadian labs research the Honeycomb Virus more. Discoveries include the spreading conventions, the effect/symtom time, and the last 2 traits [bleeding, resistance to medicine]. Attempts are made to find out what will prevent the virus [they dont know its ro yet].
The hordes would continue to head towards the noisemakers, however, two rather large hordes converged together, forming a group of around 200 of the infected. Any noise from houses could possibly divert the hordes. More instances of smaller hordes converging together become more usual, as they continued to head towards the noisemakers.
It would take around a day to three days for the infection to take over the victim. Chemical traces resembling Ro are found to be able to fight the disease.
During a possible drug raid, officers would find a drug dealer, who, held Ro. The instance was odd, however, because the man was bit, however, he had been bitten a week and a half ago, over twice the usual time it takes for someone to become infected. If a blood test is taken, they'll find Ro and other drugs in his system. (Think of Ro like smoking Opium and weed basically, nullifies pain and is just like cannabis)
i really must have an issue
Oof, you were probably busy and forgot to check
no, i knew to checl and even went to type
i just didnt feel the urge like usual
Shrinkwrap traps awaited the zombies who weren't apart of the larger horde. It is broadcasted that citizens try to remain quiet. Noises from the buildings, like A/C, would split the hordes up a bit. Drones would be able to easily capture the stragglers. As for the ones that stayed clumped together, they were lured into cargo trucks. All the successful captures would be transported to Pacifica's White Helix Labs.
The hordes would pretty much run the streets of cities on Mu and Avalon, as well as Eire's Palisade City. Lemuria, Caledonia, and Pacifica were faring pretty well [lemuria is just environment, pacifica is mainly militarized].
The mercenaries, realizing now that the RAD epidemic had made the military of Arcadia experienced against their whole operation, prepare the fleets for an incursion.
The traps work well, with a very high successful capture rate, provided no accidents happened. Zombies in the given city above would began to wreak havoc on houses, dogs, A/C and other stuff would attract their sensitive ears as they broke into homes through windows and doors.
Hours later, a fleet appears outside the Arcadian system. It was huge, with hundreds of ships, however, no noteable trace of Redwoods signature Rock Dreadnoughts were visible.
Palisade City had a gang problem. Most gang members, as well as the corrupt cops, some civilians, and army, would have weapons. The civilians could hold out for awhile, and they were fueled by vengeance against the destruction. Those without weapons would, for the most part, either take shelter with those who had them or have a small guard outside their home [palisade city is roughly the size of prague].
These officers report their findings to their superiors, who send the word along the COC until it reaches the Science Board. Scientists immediately go to work attempting to research it, asking to check over the drug dealer as well, who complied after being promised a smaller jail sentence. They also investigate the drug, looking through databases to find out what it was, where it was, and what it did.
They found fingerprints on the bags given to the man by local drug dealers, who the authorities could probably trace to their whereabouts.
i thought he was a drug dealer?
They'd find them at the harbors, attempting to move crates full of opium, Ro, Cocaine and other types of drugs onto cargo ships.Guards would attempt to take out the DEFCA operatives on sight, surprised by the forces
The DEFCA agents would slide on SRT [special response team] armor. They also got out their long guns. They were ordered to take out anyone with a gun.
This was every guard, around 35 men that are spaced out, protected by shipping crates. (They're basically at the entrance, on top of the crates, and inside. 18 are on the perimeter and 17 on the inside
Civilian personnel are ordered out of the port. SRT brought an armored truck to the harbor entrance. They flanked the truck as it drove forward, while some rode inside and fired outward . A team of 7 is dispatched to the right end of a docked cargo ship. They swim up to it and rappel themselves onto it. 2 snipers would be positioned on top of harbor cranes. [totaling 21 operatives]
