yesa

Rothella wrote:(How are walkers doing against high amounts of super heated lasers and 9 rockets per squad firing onto them??????????

Squadrons are pinned down, and forced to retreat. Casualties numbered in the hundreds.

AIrstrikes targeted the weapons and highly fortified eliksni positions. Typically using napalm for defenses and high explosive missiles for the weapons
(What are the weapons like? I need info to determine damage to carriers

1/4 gone!

i made factbook on the weapon in the eliksni

The weapons were destroyed, and so were many walkers.

one of many weapon areas >:D

die.

Rothella the thing the Eskilnio are using is an anti-capital weapon with secondary AoE shield wiping capability

It never needs to recharge, as the Eliksni put a small glowing cylinder into it.

awesome!

Latorik wrote:It never needs to recharge, as the Eliksni put a small glowing cylinder into it.

no! they do have to recharge!

Shock Rifle: Used by almost all Eliksni, Shock Rifles are the main weapon used by them. It fires a high-energy plasma round, but this weapon is unique. When fired, the energy fired from the Rifle follows it's target. Each plasma round is slow, but it can fire fast. It never needs to recharge, as the Eliksni put a small glowing cylinder into it. Each of these cylinders can last up to five years.

Woah!

The Shock Wave: Used for defense against planetary invasions, the Shock Wave is a high caliber AA and anti-capital ship weapon. It utilizes high loads of energy, and once shot, a huge burst of energy is fired out, surrounding a ballistic round. It is usually good to take out shields surrounding the smaller ships, but are still accurate and good against capital ships.
This?

The carrier receives heavy damage, it's shields reaching critical levels.

X-class bombers flew overhead, dropping dedicated High ordinance bombs (About 1000 pound bombs) onto the weapons.

Meanwhile, energy grids were targeted as to shut down power for the shields. Orbital bombardment struck heavily onto power plants.

Marines continued their assault, hoping to find shield generators (I'd say 4 battalions remain)

Honestly, I'm planning on finding a diamond planet (because those actually exist) limit the mining from it, so economy doesn't explode and go bad, and make diamond batteries (interestingly, they can hold power, used or unused i cannot remember, for over a 1000 years. It's pretty cool).

glowing cylinder=unlimited power

just make lab diamonds

Latorik does it all the time

Orna is just going to make diamonds essentially useless and flood the market once they find a planet sufficiently high in carbon

never knew they could be grown in a lab. I've always loved diamond planets, and to own one would be a slight dream of mine so I'm putting it in here, of course I could do both, lab diamonds and then an easy and cheaper method of just mining them from a planet.

Russia as is already has enough diamonds to render them basically useless

there is no discernible difference between a mined diamond and a lab diamond

Oh what I meant was it would probably be cheaper to mine it than to make diamonds. And it would also bring in more diamonds as opposed to lab grown because it's an entire planet of diamonds.

lab growing diamonds is roughly 30% cheaper nowadays.

presumably the gap would further with more technological advancements

Wilm
I
I misread the "Gay Panic" resolution and thought it was against LGTBQ. I was so worried when I saw 12,000 people vote in favor I was like, "Wow, why is Nationstates community so against gays?" Then I read it and I felt so big brain.

Did not know that, that's pretty cool. Would it be in similar production yields?

Rothella wrote:Did not know that, that's pretty cool. Would it be in similar production yields?

even more, you can make basically flawless diamonds in a laboratory pretty much indistinguishable without very very specialized equipment

even trained gemologists cant tell the difference

you could probably use that diamond for industrial applications

Nice.
Gemologists? Study Gemo?
