The area around where the creatures are is sealed of and the Soviet Army patrols an area around along with a 10 mile no go zone where anyone on it will be shot. Also they have decided to cut down any tree, mine any mountain (without fire or explosives) in the no area around the no go zone. A wall will be erected and a big trench will be made to try to prevent them from spreading while they figure out how to stop them.

Meanwhile, outside the Tussian HQ soldiers train and mingle with the local citizens.

The Jocospor Ceasefire has been updated. Quoting the most recent development:
"8. This body orders that no additional military force is to be transported from any nation into Jocospor (troops that were being transported to the country prior to the Ceasefire are excepted);"
"9. This body establishes a border (henceforth "no-man's-land") between forces belonging to both factions in contested cities;
9a. This body stipulates that both forces in contested cities shall retreat by a distance of one mile (1609 meters) to create a buffer zone;
9b. This body creates a system of checkpoints between these no-man's-lands to permit the flow of supplies to both parties; this body requests that peacekeeping units, rather than troops belonging to both sides, run these checkpoints;"
It is expected that both sides adhere to these new requirements immediately. The UCC Delegation thanks the Triarchy's delegation for their cooperation in this matter.

1. This body henceforth defines the following terms for the purpose of this document:
1a. This body defines the term "acting in a military capacity" as assisting in the offensive or defensive military operations on behalf of a nation or alliance;

6. This body declares that all nations, with military forces present within Jocospor without permission from the new Jocospite government, who refuse to depart the nation, are to be declared enemies of the Confederation, having violated Jocospor's national sovereignty;
7. This body declares that no military force is to advance further into Jocospor for the gain of their nation or their alliance;
8. This body orders that no additional military force is to be transported from any nation into Jocospor without permission from the nation's government;

Just now (Roughly 5:50 PM EST), word came to me that the UCC has been plotting against The Triarchy, The ISSA, The Rift Crisis, and the CCD as a whole. Screenshots show that nations such asDepackya, 
Jamstown, Kyavan, 
Castelia, and 2nd imperial german reich have been plotting to end the ceasefire and bomb the Rifts to feed them. With these being said, they have become traitors to the CCD, for plotting against the Restoration from the Rifts. It is also noted that they also planned to "Find the Rift within Vocryae, and bomb it." This implies that they would go against so many rules of the Civil War, The Rift Law, and 
Jocospor themselves. Let it be known that there is no Rift in Jocospor (OOC, Jocospor would not let me, so I respected it.) Which means they would try to bomb the Son of Elektricky.
The Son of Elektricky cannot be powered up like anything else. The Son of Elektricky is smarter than anyone can imagine. The Son of Elektricky knows humanity, its stakes, what we stand for, and knows more than anyone, when something is going to happen.

Let it be known that I myself reject all of this so-called evidence. These reports of our "planning to bomb Vocryae" was merely false, fabricated evidence (by ourselves, of course) to rat out any potential moles, should we discuss anything truly secretive; a mole obviously, given the screenshots, is proof that we ourselves have a traitor in our midst.

I am making this rare television appearance, because I felt my subject matter could only be conveyed in person. I am sickened, to say the least. Today, Triarchy spies managed to pass on sensitive communiques between the UCC leader, Mykhail Borisov and his allied nations to Triarchy High Command. This information has already been relayed to you, and it shows the UCC leader to be the most vile, sickening, and frankly abominable criminal this Confederation has ever seen. In these messages, you can see Mykhail Borisov planning to supply Jocospite Citizens with Military-grade weapons and explosives, with the intention of rallying them to revolt against the Triarchy, but with the ultimate goal of having them worsen the rift crisis themselves, thereby bringing about their own destruction. This exposes Borisov as not only a power-hungry, vile abomination, not only a law-breaker and a violator of peace treaties, but as an inept fool, who believed a rift existed in Jocospor, when none did in the first place.
The War Ministry declares it's absolute support for Krvava koupel and the ISSA in it's endeavour of peace, and stands ready to use whatever military force necessary to ensure the security of the Conederation. As such, I am levying 1,000,000 more infantrymen from Russia Major, and I call upon all Triarchy allies to do whatever necessary to bolster our forces.
UCC member nations, I would recommend you abandon this false idol you follow, he is fake and a charlatan and a crook. We will not hesitate to fight and destroy you to prevent your diabolical schemes from coming to fruition.

I would invite you to review my above statement before making such ludicrous statements. Why else would we have had this information available for anyone to see? We've known about the existence of a potential mole in our ranks for some time; of course, it is now confirmed.

The War Ministry would like to point out that this is a wholly ineffective and, once more, inept way to catch spies. By creating these 'false' plans, one could only hope to confirm that there are spies, not the identity of any particular spy, in fact, the only way for this method to give the identity of any particular spies would be to have every member of the UCC, except a suspected nation, in on the orders being false in order to expose any spy. So either Borisov is inept for choosing an ineffective method to determine the identity of spies, or he is deliberately hampering his own anti-spying campaign by searching broadly rather than specifically, displaying another brand of ineptitude.
The War Ministry would like to offer a third theory, Borisov is lying! This story about 'false orders' has all been concocted by Borisov to cover up the most embarrassing incident in his history leading both Depackya and the UCC. A spy at the very heart of the UCC, what a terrible tragedy for Borisov, the inept, bumbling, war criminal that he is.

The mere fact that this information was Not available for all to see discounts this point. Unless you can come up some tangible and actually logical evidence, the crimes stand no chance of being dropped. The Queendom levy's a further 30 Aircraft carriers and 14 battleships, along with 60 further Guided Missile Cruisers, 80 Guided Missile Destroyers and a further 80 SSN, 20 SSBN's and 48 SSGN's. A further 890 MBT's are being ferried to the Jocosporian coast, under heavy escort and cruising in ASW formation.

Even after the news about the UCC has been leaked, I will still support the efforts of the faction, as the Triarchy is a filthy group of traitors that need to be put in their place.
Kyratov will be sending additional troops, a grand total of 500,000 soldiers have been drafted and equipped, and are loading onto naval ships as we speak. the Grand Kyratovian "Belle Monica" flagship will be joining in the trek, captained by General Korisov, a Kyratovian naval hero.
Our previous envoy of 250,000 is still en route and has been updated on future engagements. While we still respect the ceasefire we will be prepared for the coming days.

There is word floating around that all of this was a mistake, and thus I am offering this to only the UCC. Consider it a favor from West heisen for seeing my mistake with the Rift Law.
