The results for the run-off election of Civil Congress Motion #14 are in! Justice Party Leader Ori el-Karim of Kafair has officially become the second Chairman of the Civil Congress!

Despite all the turmoil the Justice Party has went through in recent weeks, it still managed to get it's canidate elected Chairman of the Civil Congress. Many credit this to Ori el-Karim's leadership as the party looked to move on from the controversy brought upon by former Justice Party Leader Lord Northym's home country of Rossiyaana.
What does Chairman Ori el-Karim hope to accomplish during his term as Chairman of the Civil Congress? What will the first motion he puts forward be about? How will the Justice Party, as well as the concept of Confederation political parties in general affect things going forward? Will he be able to succeed where many thought the previous Chairman Udutai Choban of 
Khanbaliq Mongolia failed? One thing is for sure, the representatives of the Civil Congress will be watching closely to see what Chairman Ori el-Karim has in store for the Civil Congress going forward...

Today is a big day for me and the Justice party. As of today, 6/13/19, I have been elected as the new Chairman of the Civil Congress. I am incredibly happy. I feel like this truly shows how really anyone can become something in the CCD. I, coming from a nation with under 400 million people, have been many times discredited. Here, we have risen in the ranks and now we are here. I would like to thank everyone who voted for me and believed in our mission. Everyone who put support behind me, I personally thank you.
Now, The Dixie Confederate Union. Jane Stuart, you were one hell of an opponent. ZThe gods now, you came close to winning. You have the potential to rise up, and maybe take the position of Chairman one day. You have fought valiantly, and put up a good fight as it was. And now my friends, let us celebrate. Today, the CCD has a new winner. On the 29th, the CCD will have a new Chairman. Here's to a long, full, and glorious term! May the CCD propsor. May we grow and gain power. I would like to personally congratulate Ori el-Kairm on his victory in the run-off elections and subsequent ascension to the Office of Chairman of the Civil Congress. You, and your nation Kafair have indeed come very far, despite the uphill struggle you faced when you first arrived here. You have indeed prevailed, where other nations of your size would have to wait years for the opportunity you've carved out for yourself. I know that our nations (particularly our politicians, have not always seen eye to eye on things, but here's hoping we can put aside the animosity of the past, and work towards a better future for the Civil Congress and the Confederation.

Greetings. I hope that you are doing well in the Confederation and i encourage you to continue to prosper while denouncing the flawed democracies we vie to destroy. I am contacting you in regards to your flag. As you may know, the Imperial Laws of the Confederation were created to create order and stability in this hallowed region. I wish to bring to your attention Imperial Law #9 which states that "This body declares that no Confederation nation shall fly the Australian Aboriginal flag; this body permits nations to fly the Confederation of Corrupt Dictators flag if they remain apathetic on the subject" The Australian Aboriginal Flag is the flag you are flying right now, otherwise known as the default flag unless another is chosen in its place. I ask that you change the flag you are flying or you may be subject to the consequences of your actions, or, more accurately, the lack thereof. Please do not see this as a warning to be taken harshly, but as a gentile reminder of the laws that have been set in our region. Abstract:
Nations, since the beginning of time, needed resources, resources for building more cities, feeding the people, maintaining the military, etc. With the advancement of time, nations develop more and more, and in order to develop they need more and more resources. There have been wars over resources in history between developing nations, and there bring more bad than good in their wake, and usually the invader will be beaten by a bigger force with sustainable resources for a war.
In order to prevent the Confederation of Corrupt Dictators from engaging in such a risky war and face potential annihilation from an enemy rich in resources, the CCD must find ways to manage it's resources properly and efficiently. The Department of Raw Production presents such a thing, the Confederation Coal and Iron Community.
Description:
The Confederation Coal and Iron Community, henceforth referred to as 2CIC, is a program by the Department of Raw Production to ensure that the vital resources of Coal and Iron can be available to all Confederation nations. The articles of the 2CIC program is as follows,
The Participants of the 2CIC Program
Nations within the Confederation of Corrupt Dictators are eligible for participation in the 2CIC program. Participation is voluntary.
Nations participating in the 2CIC program are mandated to follow the articles mentioned within the 2CIC program.
A nation may leave the 2CIC program if they wish so, or if the Head of the Department of Raw Production has found the nation breaking the articles of this program.
The Practices Banned by this Program
The following are recognised as incompatible with the common market for coal and steel and shall accordingly be abolished and prohibited within the Community:import and export duties, or charges having equivalent effect, and quantitative restriction the movement of the products of Coal and Iron;
measures or practices which discriminate between producers, between purchasers or between consumers, especially in prices and delivery terms or transport rates and conditions, and measures or practices which interfere with the purchaser's free choice of supplier;
subsidies or aids granted by participants, or special charges imposed by participants, in any form whatsoever;
restrictive practices which tend towards the sharing or exploiting of the markets of Coal and Iron.
The Goals of this Program
The goals of this program are to instituted the following,ensure a secure supply of Coal and Iron to the common market of the Confederation, taking account into the needs of the poorer Confederation nations;
ensure the price of Coal and Iron do not reach such a level that most nations of the Confederation are unable to purchase said products;
ensure the maintenance of conditions which will encourage undertakings to expand and improve their production potential and to promote a policy of using coal and iron rationally, efficiently, and avoiding their unconsidered exhaustion;
ensure the continued improvement of the means in order to extract resources more efficiently.
Conclusion:
The Confederation Coal and Iron Community Program is first of it's kind within the Confederation. Resource management is a constantly evolving study and we shall naturally be reviewing our practices to ensure the efficiency of our program to keep up with the world.

To Members of The Confederation of Corrupt Dictators,
For the last few months, the Supreme Judiciary has observed the influx of nations that have joined and/or left the CCD. Within that time, we have observed that the WA nations that reside here dont all endorse nor support out Viceroy 
Jocospor. In addition, there are an even larger number of nations in the CCD that are not in the WA, and thus do not endorse nor support our Viceroy. This is very shocking and quite frankly, it can be seen as highly insulting to the Viceroy, who has cared for all of you, and ensured that the filthy democracies that roam the world, do not come and infect our CCD. It is extremely puzzling how a non-WA member can support a nation who has already given you so much.
Again, this is unacceptable. The amount of non WA nations that reside in the CCD is staggering. There are 510 nations in the CCD that are not enrolled in the WA. That is a shocking 66% of nations here. There is no legitimate reason that more than half, or even the majority, of a powerful region is not supporting the Viceroy/delegate. Absolutely no reason in the world, and believe you me, i know pretty much all of the reasons that i am sure you will use to try and excuse yourself from doing your duties. To put it into perspective, 2 in 3 nations in the CCD are not WA members and havent proved their loyalties or support to the region. 2:3 is an unacceptable number as well, this ratio must go down.
Additionally, out of the 774 nations that reside here, only 264 are WA members. For a more consolidated number, that is an upsetting and insulting 34%. Out of those 264 nations that are in the WA, only 81% of those nations endorse Jocospor. Both of these numbers should be at a clean and crisp 100%. No excuses. These numbers are truly upsetting to see, as a powerful region like ours should have active, supportive members. To ensure that we weed out those who are not endorsing, it is requested that all nations send a report on their puppets in the CCD, so that we can make sure that we are not wasting time campaigning to get endorsements for our Viceroy.
It is to be well known and reminded to every nation here that every single endorsement that the Viceroy receives is one step closer to bringing the filthy and biased WA to level, and perhaps to the proper control of those it has oppressed Additionally, this will prevent the filthy democracies from voting for resolutions that try to suffocate the CCD's mighty and unceasing flame. A prime example would be our very own, the already denounced The great beaver, who's track record, to our investigations, is very bad. Especially when voting for resolutions that would significantly restrict power for the CCD and fellow dictators.
With this information and continued lack of support, the Viceroy has authorized an order. It has been ORDERED that EVERY CCD nation become a WA member and endorse the Viceroy immediately. It should be noted that any and all members that fail to do so will suffer dire consequences upon the Viceroy's return, and presumed will be administered by the viceroy himself. It is heavily recommended that this order be carried out to the letter.
This message will be sent out to every nation through personal telegram as well, to ensure the point gets across
