For a long time now I have monitored the Civil Congress, voting when the time comes, taking notes of the events that happen. I have to admit, I have been somewhat disappointed.

The current Chairmanís term has been one of little note. Merely a means to achieve power in this great region. His motions have almost all been to commend the nations that could increase his power, And to censure those that could be enemies.

No longer, we in the Justice Party seek to change things in the Civil Congress. Not only do we seek a change in leadership, but we also want to pass meaningful legislation. Khanbaliq Mongolia has done as much as can be expected during his term as chairman, and all due respect is given, but it is time for his reign to end, and that of the Justice Party to begin.

PS: There have been concerns by a nation that the formation of this party constitutes a rebellion against the throne. That is by no means true, at the end of the day the Justice Party takes its orders from Jocospor, as do we all.

Not precisely. I was more referring to and intent to challenge the Chairman during the next election. The Chairmanís term will expire naturally in a month I believe.

It is also seemingly impractical to pursue Article 5.5 as that would require 51% of the Civil Congress, which includes all WA nations. I donít think that high a number even participates in the Civil Congress. So while tempting in the circumstance, we will not pursue impeachment at this time.

Fear not, my liege. This disgraced veteran would never hope to oppose the supreme council. Rather, as many before have put it, the civil congress remains a bit dull. Even in their lofty chairs and supreme intelligence, the council was obviously hoping for more. It may be time to achieve that aim. News shall follow, but take heart my fellow nations! As I had once guided the small COCD, I shall do so again with my experience in both the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. Who else after all can say they served as temporary viceroy, and also served the longest prison sentence in confederation history!

The Justice Party wants to make clear that they do no support the actions of this nation. Again, we swear complete allegiance to the Emperor. We see this nations machinations as problematic, and borderline illegal. The perceived intent of this nation, to usurp the throne from the Emperor is not the intent of the Justice Party. We condemn this nation and itís message of dissent.

Really? So you are the infamous Valerox. I have heard of you. From what I see here, I dislike you. To assume you can simply take a mantle of temporary viceroy is absurd. If there would ever be such a title, Jocospor, our lord, shall chose it at their own discretion. I will stand with Jocospor. The viceroy has lead us to great prosperity and glory, and under him have we grown to almost 900 nations. May the legitimate viceroy forever live on.

Whilst we do admire your enthusiasm, we believe you may have misinterpreted Valerox's sentiments. Once upon a time, Hunteth Veredon did hold the title of Acting-Viceroy, though it was a long time ago, when the days were darker and the Confederation a shrivel of what she now is. Rest assured, we need not concern ourselves with Valerox's return to power; we are quite safe from its pathetic scheming here.

Than I apologize for my assumption. I did not know this, due to my relatively new entry to the confederation. Valerox, should I have insulted you, though you barely deserve it, I apologize once more. In fact, Jocospor, if this early life of the CCD is documented, may I get a link to it? If not, I would be glad to make a factbook for it.

Being installed as a Hero of the Confederation is the highest award that can be bestowed on an individual resident in the Confederation. It is a title that is not given lightly and the recipient will have undergone great burdens and tasks for their Confederation and Emperor. The award is presented at the Imperial Palace by a delegation that represents the Emperor and Viceroy respectively. Upon being granted the award, the recipient is paraded throughout the streets of Vocyrae before Imperial citizens, their achievements celebrated by all. Recipients are entitled to a pension sourced by various donors that sustains them henceforth for life.

HEROES OF THE CONFEDERATION

First Class (HCF)

Hunteth Veredon of The Grand Empire of Valerox
TITLE REVOKED A former Minister for War, Veredon fought to defend the Confederation during the Jocospo-Feroxia War with valour. He courageously administrated the War Ministry for long and through hard times. His contributions to Confederation society are nothing short of incredulous and shall never be forgotten.

Ritter von Walsek of The Imperial Empire of Jocospor
The championed composer, Walsek wrote the Confederation's anthem, For Emperor Forever. The work identifies so well with the Confederation that the Supreme Council decided that a state honour was deserved.

Naora Natson of The Dictatorship of Shronok
Arguably the first Overseer of the People to properly do her job, Natson properly curated the coverage of the Emperor's First Confederation Tour. She oversaw the publication of no less than 17 issues of Confederation Coverage in a period of 15 days. The content of these issues was of the highest quality, and helped strengthen inter-regional ties. Thanks to the efforts of Natson, the Confederation is more unified than ever.

Lucius Sulinus of The Enlightened Autocracy of Riakou
As the Director of the Exchequer, Sulinus has used his time in office to generate enormous revenue, with a large portion of that financing the Confederation's campaign efforts. Sulinus is as loyal as any Confederation citizen can be and serves as a shining example to all those who wish to basque in the Confederation's continuing growth.

Paul Fishers of The Republic of Kontoga
TITLE AWARDED POSTHUMOUSLY Fishers served as Director of the Bureau of Security and then Minister for War before his untimely passing on 14th September 2018. Given his great contributions to the region, particularly the defeat of The New Mappers Union during his tenure, the Imperial Empire thought it fitting to award him a high honour. The pension Fishers would have received has been redirected to his wife, so that she may live comfortably despite what must have been a great personal tragedy.

Andrew Campbell of The Empire of The North American Powers
The first individual to be awarded any honorary title whilst not actually residing in the Confederation, Campbell's efforts as founder of the United Fascist Federation led to the vassalisation of the region and the spread of Confederation ideologies throughout the world. Campbell has advanced the Confederation and her peoples and is thus being honoured during the Confederation's Third Anniversary Celebrations.

Sir Ladislav Baldovini of The Immortal Empire of Refarria
While a recent addition to the Confederation's ranks, Baldovini has proven himself to be an able Associate Justice and upholder of Imperial Law. His tireless efforts to promote regional professionalism, particularly on the RMB, have yielded overwhelmingly positive results. Baldovini has advanced the Confederation and her peoples and is thus being honoured during the Confederation's Third Anniversary Celebrations.

Giuseppe Michele Corelli of The Free Land of Lizc
TITLE AWARDED POSTHUMOUSLY The late President of Lizc truly involved himself in Confederation affairs; at one point, Lizc was regarded as a major power within the Confederation. Corelli has advanced the Confederation and her peoples and is thus being honoured during the Confederation's Third Anniversary Celebrations.

John Jacobs of The Militarized Monarch of United Federation Of Pancakes
John Jacobs' service to the Confederation has numbered over 30 months and has been exemplary. He first served as Grand General of the Imperial Infantry of the Grand Army of the Confederation, and then as Field Marshal of the Confederation Imperial Army of the Confederation Defence Force under the Supreme Council. His military efforts have greatly bolstered the Confederation's international reputation. Jacobs has advanced the Confederation and her peoples and is thus being honoured during the Confederation's Third Anniversary Celebrations.

Alyssia Broussard of The Dominion of Cylain
Although a Hero of the Confederation, Second Class, already, the Supreme Council has seen fit to award Broussard this honour in light of her excellent effort as Secretary of State. Broussard has advanced the Confederation and her peoples and is thus being honoured during the Confederation's Third Anniversary Celebrations.

Grulain Curronfold of The Empire of ShrewLlamaLand
Curronfold has invested many years into the smooth running of the Confederation. Over the last twelve months he has forged ahead bravely into uncharted territory as the Confederation has expanded, successfully upholding peace and justice throughout the region. Furthermore, his exploits in the World Assembly afford him much credit. Curronfold has advanced the Confederation and her peoples and is thus being honoured during the Confederation's Third Anniversary Celebrations.

Robert Kraaken of The Imperial Empire of Jocospor
Having served as the Confederation's Delegate to the WA for over 600 days, Kraaken has helped to place the Confederation on the international stage, acting with authority and decision to combat the Confederation's many enemies within the General Assembly and the Security Council. Kraaken has advanced the Confederation and her peoples and is thus being honoured during the Confederation's Third Anniversary Celebrations.

Walter Memmon of The Imperial Empire of Jocospor
The longest reigning leader of the Confederation, a man who saw the rise of the region to what it is today, deserves to be aptly rewarded. This award is granted to His Excellency complimentary of the Supreme Council and the Imperial Empire during the Confederation's Third Anniversary Celebrations, in addition to Hero of the Confederation, Second Class.

HSM Cylain I Curronfold of The Empire of ShrewLlamaLand
This award is granted to Her Supreme Majesty complimentary of the Supreme Council and the Imperial Empire during the Confederation's Third Anniversary Celebrations, in addition to Hero of the Confederation, Second Class.

HSM Emanoel II Seiuwerd Emperor of The Imperial Empire of Jocospor
This award is granted to His Supreme Majesty complimentary of the Supreme Council and the Imperial Empire during the Confederation's Third Anniversary Celebrations, in addition to Hero of the Confederation, Second Class.

Walter Sobchak of The Armed Republic of The Chuck
Displaying an immense sense of loyalty for one who is not from the Confederation, Sobchak responded to a sizeable attack on the Confederation's Discord with the utmost integrity: compiling logs, calming those affected, speaking with belligerents and assisting in reforming moderation. The Supreme Council therefore finds him a suitable recipient for this honour.

Second Class (HCS)

Thomas Haust of Munda daro
Haust singularly fought off an attack by the Confederation's Enemy of the State, Huber "the Great", on the 12th October 2017. Huber and his supporters attempted to spam the Confederation's Regional Message Board but Haust and his office jammed the insurgents' communications. The Confederation is proud to boast such a fine supporter of the Imperial Empire's rule.

Ripton Hylton of The Dictatorship of Decapitation Squad
TITLE REINSTATED Hylton, serving as the Proconsul of Vangmar, successfully held the penal colony against the Incursion of Vangmar planned by The New Mappers Union. His swift response to what could have potentially thrown the Imperial justice system into disarray is forthwith being recognised.

Alyssia Broussard of The Dominion of Cylain
Broussard administrated the Confederation during Viceroy Walter Memmon's three week absence. During this time, she maintained an orderly society, progressed in the conflict against The New Mappers Union and continued to preach Imperial values.

Edward Mason II of The Imperial Khanate of Khanbaliq Mongolia
Through Mason's strong leadership, the Confederation's Bureau of Security has prospered, conducting a total of 8 classified operations since Mason's appointment. Mason has advanced the Confederation and her peoples and is thus being honoured during the Confederation's Third Anniversary Celebrations.

Cameron DeLong of The Militaristic Dictatorship of DeLongtasia
TITLE REVOKED Recently appointed High Commander of Chrome Company, DeLong has participated several Confederation raids. His most recent victory was achieved over the Sol Confederate, a region which he purged and subjugated with great Imperial strength. DeLong has advanced the Confederation and her peoples and is thus being honoured during the Confederation's Third Anniversary Celebrations.

Judas Lyon of The Multinational Corporation of Confederation State Broadcasting
Since Issue 1, Series II of Confederation Coverage, the Confederation has achieved a new standard of professionalism. The strong leadership displayed by Lyon, CSB's CEO, has significantly enhanced the Confederation's international standing. Lyon has advanced the Confederation and her peoples and is thus being honoured during the Confederation's Third Anniversary Celebrations.

Brendan Mendara of The Benevolent Republic of Castelia
While only serving the Confederation for a short time so far, Mendara has acted as loyally as any true Imperial citizen, serving abroad for several weeks and improving diplomatic relations between the Confederation and the inter-regional community. Mendara has advanced the Confederation and her peoples and is thus being honoured during the Confederation's Third Anniversary Celebrations.

Dmitri Ivanov of The Corporate Empire of Depackya
Ivanov, the most recent addition to the Supreme Council, has certainly displayed his aptitude for command, orchestrating several successful raids for Chrome Company as well as heroically seeing the Confederation through N-Day and Z-Day. Ivanov has advanced the Confederation and her peoples and is thus being honoured during the Confederation's Third Anniversary Celebrations.

Walter Memmon of The Imperial Empire of Jocospor

This award is granted to her complimentary of the Supreme Council and the Imperial Empire during the Confederation's Third Anniversary Celebrations.

HSM Emanoel II Seiuwerd, Emperor of The Imperial Empire of Jocospor
Little need be said here. This award is granted to His Supreme Majesty complimentary of the Supreme Council and the Imperial Empire during the Confederation's Third Anniversary Celebrations.

Similar to Hero of the Confederation is the award Imperial Loyalist, differing in that it is awarded to nations rather than individual Confederation citizens. Nations honoured with this award receive no added financial bonus.

In this Distpatch it shows one of his achievements. I don't know why the title was revoked though. But from rumors, I suspect it had something to do with plotting against the Viceory or something.

We suggest that you take the time to scroll back through the Confederation's RMB while it's only 531 pages long. Most of our affairs were documented here. Otherwise, the Imperial archives and factbooks could prove a useful reference point.

Yes, quite! While I do so enjoy being called pathetic (I suppose I deserve that barb), most did indeed misinterpret my intention, though I suppose it has never been entirely clear and I hope to keep it that way! This being the case however, Iím quite used to having my past achievements slandered by now and it doesnít trifle me in the slightest. Jocospor is correct sadly. At this point I am little more than a token nation, raving of the past. Alas, my schemes have been for naught. Back into reclusiveness and disgrace I suppose!

  • Program to help Confederation nations that request help in developing/improving ways to produce Raw Materials in their nations.

The drafting of some of these programs will begin very shortly, and I expect the finsihed documents for two of the programs to be out by the first week of June.

Coup In Paraminia
A group of Maoroobists and political hardliners have overthrown the government after the former leader (once referred to as Dear leader) passed laws which added more political and economic freedom in Paraminia.

General Maloom has been arrested by the revolutionary peoples Army. Dear leader, AKA Miaollom, (who's name was left secret among the populace) was arrested by the Revolutionary Peoples Army. So far, 3 people have been injured and none have been killed. The leader of the rebels, known as commandante Tutiak has addressed the people of the nation. He stated "No longer do ye have to serve to an ungrateful leader, I shall take truth into my own hands and the people shall be free once more". He was met with applause.
The National flag was changed to a black flag with a star in the middle. The Black symbolizes immortality and the Star symbolizes Paraminia and her people.
The former leader has been arrested however will not be kept in prison. Infact, thanks to his support for Maoroobys ideals, many members of the Revolutionary Peoples Army view him in a favourable light as has been previoulsy mentioned, many of the rebels are Maroobysts. Maoroobys grandson has been given the title of president while Commandante Tutiak has been given the position of Leader. Miallom has been allowed to keep his freedom and has even been given the title of minister of education.
General Maloom, Marshall Pituka and Dr. Afer Uinahk have been arrested and are to be deported.

This simply shows how much of a joke the WA can be to nations, and furthermore why the CCD needs as much influence as it can to fight off such egotistical proposals. The day things like this get approved will be the true demise of the already heavily flawed WA and those that control it.
