| NADA AL-UHMABI VS KOBRINA NOURI |

27th of February, 2023

| Currently the Commonwealths of Iran have very specific yet major powers at their disposal, with only the power over foreign affairs, military and economics out of their control. Recently, Prime Minister Nouri announced that she will seek to curb certain powers from commonwealths which had instantly triggered a response from the Prime Minister of Persian Gulf States, Nada Al-Uhmabi who accused Mrs Nouri of trying to destroy the democratic process the commonwealths operate by and the compromise of 1978. The compromise of 1978 had given all Persian Gulf States large devolved powers which have been granted to them after they re-joined in 2016.

Soon after, Mrs Al-Uhmabi through the Arab Youth Movement within the National Parliament, proposed the Persian Gulf Liberation Act which would grant the Persian Gulf States a special status of the Persian Gulf Republic, grant the PGU ability to govern it's own economy and foreign affairs but remain linked to Iran through military and an alliance. Of course the Act failed in the first vote but the message sent was clear, we're ready to fight should we be provoked to do so. It's very important to note, however, that the two opposing sides are led by two very similar leaders.

Mrs Kobrina Nouri is a leader that follows strict Beninism rules, militarism and is at core an Iranian-Liberal. Her idea of leadership is based on conviction, strength and charm. Mrs Nouri has made it clear several times that she will not allow any referendums for independence, and that her ultimate goal is to curb the powers of commonwealths to a more centralised power. On the other hand, Mrs Nada Al-Uhmabi is a leader that follows Persian Gulf Arabism*, pro-democratic leadership and secularism. Her idea of leadership is, like Nouri's, based on conviction, strength and charm. Al-Uhmabi made it clear in her last campaign that she will aim for another independence referendum should her terms not be met. Al-Uhmabi leads the Persian Gulf Commonwealth since 2019, for the past four years and has won the last elections with a majority.

The major confrontation has, however, took a major turn when on 26th of February, Prime Minister Nouri announced that she will construct a new military base in the Arab Persian State whilst her proposed act has moved onto the second vote after a narrow pass in the first vote. In very quick response, Prime Minister Al-Uhmabi openly attacked Nouri in her conference and had rallied the Arab Youth Movement to step onto the streets to protest against a new military base.

[ Prime Minister of Persian Gulf States, Nada Al-Uhmabi ]: "We do not need another Persian military base on our territory. We are protected as it is, and I view the latest actions of Prime Minister Nouri as provocative and absurd-like. We will not allow our powers to be taken away from us and I urge other Commonwealths to unite with us in that matter. We cannot and will not be ruled directly from Tehran as they do not understand our problems as well as we do, and that is simple as that. Mrs Nouri needs to reevaluate her recent actions."

The Western-Iranian Commonwealth, the Azerbaijani Commonwealth, the Eastern Commonwealth and the Caspian Sea Commonwealth leaderships have also responded positively to the appeal of Al-Uhmabi, sending a sign to Mrs Nouri. Some experts predict that the recent tensions between Nouri and Al-Uhmabi are due to Nouri testing her grounds as to how far she could curb the powers of the Commonwealths. However, other political observers are suggesting that in fact Nouri is starting an internal campaign to take down Al-Uhmabi. "...Nouri is a Shia Muslim, Al-Uhmabi is a Sunni Arab Muslim...they both fight for very different causes, but the issue is that both are wanting to be the powerful Muslim leaders of Iran...Al-Uhmabi held that title until Nouri came along, and Nouri is determined to become the sole source of power within Iran...Al-Uhmabi is a very big obstacle that in her eyes has to be destroyed..." On the other hand, according to Arab-Iranian Politics Expert, Shahram Reza the situation is on the contrary "...it's not Nouri that is trying to bring Al-Uhmabi down, it's Al-Uhmabi that is trying to destroy Nouri...Al-Uhmabi was the most powerful Muslim Arab politican of the country, now she's just the most powerful Arab leader...Nouri's appearance on the stage gives many Muslims within the country the ability to focus on a strong leader and not be mixed in the Arab cause or issues, like Al-Uhmabi tries to do...in my view Al-Uhmabi will do all she can to bring Nouri down..."

Whatever may the be case, it's clear that this is only the start of a conflict between the most powerful Muslims of Iran and the Middle East.

*Persian Gulf Arabism - A democratic, secular Arab leadership of the Persian Gulf States. Anti-Imperialistic, Anti-Pan Arabist, Anti-Islamic-Democracy, Anti-Monarchy. |

President Yunus-Bek Bamatgireyevich Yevkurov Announces Alzarikstan-Rutannia IFV Military Agreement Completion; Declares Eurasia Safe & Secure

FEBRUARY 2023

SGRI President Yunus-Bek Bamatgireyevich Yevkurov has announced that the Kingdom of Rutannia and the Union-State of Alzarikstan has entrenched their security cooperations and coordination with a recent arms agreement that would see the SGRI obtaining ownership of the K21 IFV program while Korea will receive the Kurganets-25 IFV program in good faith. In this agreement, both countries have agreed to an understanding that the production, technology, and blueprints will not be provided or given to other countries. With the arms agreement, both Korea and the SGRI possess two of the more modern IFV systems in the world and furthermore, with the intentions of combining both technologies to better advance and modernize SGRI IFVs and APCs alike, President Yunus-Bek Bamatgireyevich Yevkurov has decreed that the relationship and understanding between Seoul and Moscow have become stronger in coordination and transparency.

With the SGRI military facility continuing on schedule with its construction, President Yunus-Bek Bamatgireyevich Yevkurov would immediately order for the construction of K21 IFVs and the K21-105 light tank, which will receive battle experience in the ongoing insurgency in Afghanistan against the Taliban. With the acquiring of the new technology and weapon system programs, President Yunus-Bek Bamatgireyevich Yevkurov has placed further emphasis on the security of the Caucasus primarily from Turkey, Central Asia from China, and Serbia and Montenegro from Austria-Hungary.

COVERT OPERATION: EXPANSION OF THE KADYROVTSY

To ensure security and compliance in the predominantly Muslim regions of the SGRI, President Yunus-Bek Bamatgireyevich Yevkurov has approved for the legitimization and enlargement of the Kadyrovtsy, which refers to a Chechen Islamic based paramilitary organization loyal to the Kremlin since the Second Chechen War. As the Cossacks of St. Nicholas II refers to the Orthodox paramilitary utilized by the Kremlin, the Kadyrovtsy will be utilized for the same reasons and operations but for more specific operations in the Muslim World.

President Yevkurov has determined to expand Kadyrovtsy recruitment, training, and armament facilities throughout the Caucasus but also in all Republics of Central Asia and Afghanistan in addition to El Jadida and southern Serbia. With a new office in the Kremlin alongside the Cossack Brigades, Kadyrovtsy has been determined to become another security arm of the SGRI to further achieve its objectives of solidifying Northern Eurasia and the Eurasian Plain as the proper sphere of influence.

SCHEFFNER TO MODERNISE A GERMAN FLEET OUTDATED AND BORED - BUT WHERE TO GET THE MONEY

HAMBURG - It was a winter breeze that welcomed the Chancellor in Hamburg Haffen. The two time commander of the German forces (2015 Sorbian war-2018 Yugoslav war) was said to be shocked by the pitiful state of the German navy.

According to several reports, one of which from the Admiralty of Rostock, it already informed in 2021 the following

The German Submarine capacity is at critical levels [•••] out of 18 submarines, only 4 are completely operational (...) others have suffered major accidents or problems in maintenance due to their age and the lack of funds the Bundesmarine is able to allocate for this type of problem

      (...)

We strongly suggest an immediate program of overhaul of the German naval capacity in order to strengthen our presence in Europe and worldwide.

But there is a huge problem. The Chad conflict and the modernisation of the Luftwaffe and Heer is already costing a lot of money. The Scheffner Government invested heavily in the Eurofighter II and Europanzer project. Between 2015 and 2023, the German navy lost 19% of its budget, which in turn reduced the maintenance of its fleet.

In the High Military Council of 2022, the Minister of Finance, Uwe Boschmann, reported that the German Government could not afford a complete overhaul immediately and would need more money somehow or engage into more debt. Something that would not be appreciated by the German electors and certainly not the ECB.

The Chancellor is divided between an investment that may well exceed 1.2 billion euros of debt or allocate funds by cutting somewhere else. Either way, the German Government is in a tense situation.

However, the war between army branches is not over. The Luftwaffe refuses to leave funds for the Marine, and the Heer says it is not done modernising and that cutting its funds would mean an incomplete modernisation of its power that it desperately needs.

Meanwhile, the conflict in Chad keeps getting more and more complicated but with a possible exit of operations by december 2024. The Chad war still costs, according to some rumors, the total of 1.3 million euros per day...

RECOGNITION OF THE KAFALA ?

The immigration of muslims in Germany has raised over the past few years the delicate question of muslim practice called the Kafala.

The kafala (ar) كَفَّلَ is a specific adoption procedure in islam in which a child is adopted by another family than of its own biological one and raised as if being the true child of the adopting family (the Kafil). However, the adopted child will not have the same rights as the biological ones despite being in the same family. The adopted child keeps its biological last name. The Kafala does not create new family links unlike adoption.

In essence, Coran does not allow plenary adoption (the child loses all biological ties) and only partial adoption with severe rules. This prohibition is, according to German Islam experts, related to the life of the Prophet. Therefore, the Kafala is not in a western point of view, adoption.

In Germany, the difference between Kafala (islamic adoption) and adoption is becoming unbearable in a land where bureaucracy is everywhere.

So what to do when families want their Kafala recognised in Germany to have its effects imposed on the German administration ? For now the answer is to consider that there is no adoption.

But many muslims in Germany feel this as a form of discrimination. The Scheffner Government disagrees heavily. And so does the Minister of Family Anna Schoemberg. "The Kafala as a practice of Coran Law, cannot be recognised as adoption in Germany. We will not move from this position. If they want the Kafala recognised, they can go through legal adoption procedures which are cleaning explained in the Familiensgesetzbuch"

Islamic Salvation Front Bombs Basra
Basra, Republic of Iraq

November 15- 8 Chadian men are admitted to the country from Basra International Airport.

November 17- 6 Chadian men are admitted to the country from Mosul International Airport.

November 22- 7 Chadian men are arrested at Baghdad International Airport for falsified passports, detained, and deported back to Chad. Watchlist paperwork is filed to the Interior Ministry and promptly ignored.

December 26- Three Mosul Policemen and 6 suspects are killed during a raid. Weapons and explosives are found but no connection to the ISF is announced.

January 2- One National Policeman and 4 suspects are killed in a shootout at a checkpoint outside Basra. Attackers are later identified as smugglers, though the purpose of the attack is unknown.

January 13- 12 Population Mobilization Forces Militiamen are arrested for planning to bomb a Christian Church in Basra.

February 2- The Federal Investigations Directorate opens an investigation into the Islamic Salvation Front (OsivoIII) and their activities in Iraq.

February 11
Basra was a busy city. Home to over 2 million people, the city was carved out on the Shatt al-Arab waterway, intersection of the Tigris and Euphrates. Next to Baghdad, it was the other economic center of Iraq, acting as its only major port and taking in much of Iraq’s imports. The city's crowded shopping districts were no strangers to undirected traffic.

10:33 AM- One among many, a rusted van trudges down the busy city street, and is parked on a corner.

1:44 PM- A tow crew arrives to remove the van, and contacts police upon finding suspicious bags in the cabin.

2:04 PM- 4 Police officers arrive and confirm the bags. National Police are contacted and an EOD team is dispatched. Due to the density of traffic the area is not cleared.

2:22- Before the EOD team arrives, the van detonates. Two-thirds of the block is instantly consumed in flame.

The detonation of the car bomb rocked Basra. First responders were overwhelmed by the scale of the damage, leading to EMTs and police from surrounding districts being brought in. 32 deaths were reported immediately, and in the following 24 hours, 17 more would succumb to injuries. Over a hundred others would sustain injuries of various seriousness. Several homes were either destroyed or significantly damaged. The blast shattered windows for nearly a mile and the smoke plume was visible from anywhere in the city. A national outpouring of support followed, with the hashtag #BasraSolidarity circulating social media.

National Police and FID investigators were immediately brought in and the surrounding area was cordoned. Two days after the attack, the Ministry of Interior confirmed the bombing as an act of terror. Via social media accounts, the Islamic Salvation front took responsibility for the attack. The claim spread like wildfire through social media, and mainstream Iraqi news. Islamic-motivated violence has never been prominent in the middle east, and the activities of the ISF in Chad had been regarded as little more than a regional oddity by most Iraqi’s. Under mounting public pressure, Prime Minister Zahir Khalil made the following statement:

“What happened in our proud city of Basra is a tragedy in every regard. The Interior Ministry, including the National Police, Intelligence Directorate, and Investigations Directorate, have been working tirelessly to catch the perpetrators. Today, we can say with confidence that the Islamic Salvation Front is responsible for this attack. My administration and this country will not tolerate terrorism or religious violence of any kind. The ISF will be driven from this country permanently. The Interior Ministry will be working closely with MECO anti-terror investigators to apprehend the perpetrators. Iraq will be protected.”

NATIONAL PARLIAMENT PASSES 'EQUAL INCOME BILL' 72-18, STARTING A NOVEL ANTI-POVERTY PROGRAM

Earlier this afternoon in late February 2023, the National Parliament passed the Equal Income Bill 72-18, which was drafted by the Progress Party. The Equal Income Bill states that the government shall form the National Anti-Poverty Commission, invest no less than $1 billion to support families devastated by poverty, and create more than 50,000 jobs exclusively for impoverished Indonesian citizens. The bill plans to reduce impoverished families down to only 2% of the population by 2035. The bill also introduced a $10 minimum wage law, making all companies offer a minimum wage of $15 per hour to support working families better. The Indonesian Special Foods Commission will also be formed to organize and donate essential supplies to impoverished communities. Scam jobs (ex. Job offered in newspaper when there is no open position) have also been prohibited and any offenders will be fined up to $1,000 each. Another part of the Equal Income Bill is the 2023 Donation Clause, which asks the Indonesian Special Foods Commission (ISFC) to raise up to $100 million and use the funds to donate mass amounts of food to poor populations over the course of 2023. Puan Maharani said at the passage of the bill 'we can and we must eliminate poverty for that is what limits the progress of this nation'. The Equal Income Bill is the first law to be drafted by the Progress Party that passed since 2018 as most Progress Party bills involved rapid militarization of the country.

While the prince reportedly spent over $300 million USD to purchase the property in 2015, no one has officially ever lived in the residence. The French Government however did not just confiscate the property. With President Macron's approval the sum of $300 million USD was in fact wired to the Saudi Government for uses that include aid to civilians affected by the rebel groups, insurance payouts to companies affected, and compensation to Saudi military families that have lost a loved one or saw their loved one return home with significant injuries. The French Government has opted to utilize the Château Louis XIV as a potential retreat for the French President but for the time being serves as a new headquarters for the En Marche! political movement which rents the palatial residence for €500,000 euros monthly. |

              | Demonstrations in Montreal and Quebec City call for a return of sports |

MONTREAL -- Citing concerns for mental health, a large growd gathered in the streets of Quebec City on Sunday to demand the resumption of organized sports in the country.

Many participants wore their sports teams' jerseys over their coats. For many, those jerseys have been in the closet since Premier Francois Legault put organized sports on hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The crowd was primarily made up of young people who had been affected by the ban on engaging in their chosen sports.

Isaac Pepin, a secondary five student and football player from the Quebec City region, was the event's organizer.

“I'm really happy to see that there are so many people getting involved in the cause, asking for the revival of sports. It's really incredible,” he said.

The 16-year-old student at Seminaire St-Francois had written to Legault to remind him of the importance of sports to young people and asked for a meeting with Education Minister Yves Bolduc.

Discussions are continuing between Minister of Education Yves Bolduc and sports federations with the aim of presenting a plan for the progressive deconfinement of sports next week.

Parti Quebecois critic for sports Meganne Perry Melancon was present for the march. She said that young people don't know when they can return to sports has had “a huge impact” on their health.

“They are more depressed and we see the rates of drug and alcoholic consumption have increased among young people,” she said.

Participants were asked to bring sporting items they no longer use to the march, which will be donated to the Quebec Student Sport Network.

The Office of the Premier and the Ministry of Education, Recreation and Sports did not comment on the situation.

The demonstrations remained peaceful and there are no reports of arrests, property damage, or injury.

President Yunus-Bek Bamatgireyevich Yevkurov Increases Investments into Novorossiya Substantially

    MARCH 2023

Seizing the opportunity to expand development within the Caucasus and Central Asia to the Western front of the SGRI, President Yunus-Bek Bamatgireyevich Yevkurov has approved an addition to the SGRI budget to increase investments in strategic infrastructure, industrialization, energy modernization, and cultural rejuvenation projects in Novorossiya, prioritizing the Donbas region in particular. Since 2016, Novorossiya has increased in importance not just for military strategic operations and positioning against encroaching EU/NATO forces but also for energy, industrial goods, and maritime shipping/trading.

The Donbas in particular is extremely important to Ukraine. "Donbas is the heart of Ukraine" read signs on the outskirts of Donetsk in eastern Ukraine. This is true, at least economically: The coalfield, which extends across the east to Russian territory, is the fourth-largest in Europe, with extractable reserves estimated at over 10 billion tons. The region around the city of Donetsk makes up only 5 percent of Ukraine's territory. About 10 percent of the population lives here - but they produce 20 percent of gross domestic product and about a quarter of Ukraine's export volume. The rest of the country is dominated by agriculture. With this solely in the possession of Novorossiya, President Yunus-Bek Bamatgireyevich Yevkurov released an executive order to mobilize resources for the development of Novorossiya to counter EU/NATO economic endeavors directly across the border.

By utilizing the Sea of Azov, Crimea, and the Kharkiv oblast, the Kremlin has approved a comprehensive $3.2 billion infrastructure and industrial rejuvenation project that includes modern roads and rail networks, highway construction and interconnectivity to the coastline for increased exports via the Black Sea. THE PRIME MINISTER IS ACCUSED FOR EMBEZZLEMENT OF PUBLIC FUNDS - 90 IMPEACHMENT ORDERS WERE REQUESTED ON THE NATIONAL DIET

TOKYO METROPOLIS - The first corruption scandal in Japan's history involving the country's most powerful politician. Prime Minister Shinjirō Koizumi, currently in his second term, is the main target of the police.

The President of the LDP, Yoshihide Suga, at a press conference, states the following

As I said before and I reaffirm, [•••] the only party capable of keeping Japan in order is the LDP [•••] these "New Democrats" are being a disgrace to the Japanese people

        (...)

Therefore, I ask Parliament, as President of the LDP and member of the National Diet, that the Impeachment of Prime Minister Koizumi be carried out.

Koizumi is then in a complicated position. With the police inquiry, it is highlighted that the Prime Minister embezzled about 1 Billion Yen (US $ 9,206,492.00) together with the Minister of Finance. As such, 90 Impeachment orders against the Prime Minister were submitted to Parliament. All MPs are against the New Democrats, including obviously the LDP.

At the National Diet, the President of the House of Councillors, Sayuri Ono (New Democrats), was under pressure from MPs to hold the parliamentary session that would be for the Impeachment vote, where as expected the majority voted in favor and removed Koizumi. Something that had the support of the Japanese people and the media, as well as, the LDP returned to have the confidence of the people.

Naturally, when the Prime Minister is removed from office, the Deputy Prime Minister replaces him and remains in power until election day. But as Kentaro Saito is also involved in this scandal, Parliament voted unanimously and Yoshihide Suga was appointed to form a "Provisional Government" until the elections, where Suga also has a choice whether to run or not.

However, this is not over yet. Supreme Court of Japan ordered the arrest of former Prime Minister Koizumi for up to 10 years in prison on charges of embezzlement of public funds. [•••] This is a coup d'état against Japanese democracy, [•••] he told reporters. But just 2 days later, when the police came to his house on an arrest warrant, the Former Prime Minister and his family fled to Canada and other people who were involved in the scandal were arrested.

Mrs Nouri wearing a burgundy short dress, with white high heels, her hair up in a beehive and a white handbag in her hand, would await the President at the limousine. As the two came close, she would shake his hand as the press took many historic pictures. After a moment the two would enter the limousine and take off.

      | HELM OF DIPLOMACY, MINISTÈRE DES AFFAIRES ÉTRANGÈRES - | As a result of the rebellion occurring in Saudi Arabia, the French Government has opted to seize Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman's luxury estate dubbed Château Louis XIV which located just outside Paris. |
