The Confederate Prussian Empire wrote:[ Xerxes ]: "You come to me, asking for my help to coup the current Shah of Iran, yet you have no one in place to take control. Who will take the throne dear sister, you?"

| Xerxes asks as an RSAL Legionnaire in all black tactical gear walks up beside him, whispering words to him in Afrikaans. Making it obvious these words were not for her to hear. The legionnaire moves away, and Xerxes looks back to her and it is obvious he expected her to have an answer by the time he was done speaking with the legionnaire. |

l Tsar Vladimir l:

"The thing that I see with the Russian Empire is that we need to have a sort of renaissance of our culture and identity, of which was one of the main reasons for the return of the Empire. The problem is that our Russian culture, heritage, and identity is the complete opposite of that of our Western counterparts; therefore, once we become proud of who we are as a people, tensions will rise."

Looking outside of his window, Tsar Vladimir was rather stunned and amazed a the beauty of the building. The Tsar, not one to show his emotions in public, was rather pleased at seeing the amount of money and time the Princess put into the construction of the museum. With a slight glimpse, the Tsar would look at the Princess and then back at the museum: beauty, authority, prestige, and genuineness. For Putin, those qualities matched both the Princess and the museum.

JAPAN LEAVES ISOLATIONIST FOREIGN POLICY AND BECOMES MULTILATERAL AND PRO-PARAMERICA

Aimoto Saito — Ministry of Foreign Relations, Tokyo Metropolis | From the 17th century to the present day, Japan has been applying a foreign policy called 'Kaikin'. This policy came with the objective of preventing Japanese contact with other countries, so the idea of this policy is to say that Japan was a closed nation, but in reality it was not. Around the 18th century, Japan maintained limited relations with China, Korea, Ryukyu Islands and the Dutch Republic, being the only Western partner of the time. However, with this isolationist policy that Japan adopted, Japanese culture developed without the influence of the outside world. During this time, the Japanese Government developed prosperous cities, the country also saw a slight increase in the commodification of agriculture and domestic trade, wage labor and a growing literacy, which today makes Japanese education one of the best in the world in terms of teaching quality. Now, it has recently been announced by Prime Minister Abe and his cabinet, the intention to break a historic isolationist barrier that separates Japan from the world, for a multilateral policy that will enable Japan to connect with other nations and create good relations with other countries — A letter was sent to the National Diet to warn both houses of the new change made by the Government —, Mr. Date, that the Speaker of the House of Councillors presented this statement to the other members, and some were opposed to this international political change, saying that Abe could not change centuries of isolationist politics. Upon hearing the chaos that has become the House of Councillors, Abe decided to try another strategy to calm the members... in the words of the Prime Minister of Japan, "This country has enormous potential that is being broken by being isolationist than cooperation and partnerships with other nations in the West and the East." The Japanese Communist Party, however, strongly attacked Prime Minister Abe in his New Multilateral Policy. Other changes were also made that greatly angered the nationalist military when it was informed by the Prime Minister Abe that Japan would become Pro-Paramerica. |

The Second Congo War - What’s Going On?:

For 6 years the rebel army led by former royal army colonel, Yahya Hakim had been fighting a gruesome conflict against the state. They fought to overthrow Caliph Kabila II, the son of Kabila I, a former rebel leader himself who had overthrown previous Caliph Mobutu in 1998 to found the Second Caliphate of Congo. Kabila I died in 2006 & Kabila II took over, continuing his father’s despotic rule. Under the Kabilas, the Congolese were suffering high levels of unemployment, crumbling infrastructure, the spread of diseases such as Measles & Ebola in impoverished areas as well as isolationism which restricted them from leaving the country or doing business abroad.

In an effort to remove the Kabilas & found a new state that would give the Congolese more rights and open up the country to business from the outside world, Hakim and his rebel army had fought their way from Eastern Congo to Western Congo successfully taking town after town & village after village. This was no ordinary feat considering the poor infrastructure, logistics was a nightmare and the harsh jungle terrain in some areas, alongside the fact that the country was the size of Western Europe meant the rebel army had to be extremely resourceful to succeed. Armed with light artillery, light arms and using guerrilla hit-and-run tactics, the rebel army quickly overpowered the royal army in major cities such as Goma, Lubumbashi & Kisangani meaning they occupied most of the major centres of Congo’s mineral wealth. With heavy covert funding from Iran Paseo and weapons-supplies coming in from Tanzania The true islands, between 2010-2016, the rebel army has managed to force the Kabila dynasty to its knees.

The conflict overall has led to over 340,000 deaths nationwide many being civilians who have died as result of war crimes, who according to United Nations UN observers, are mainly believed to be committed by the state under the orders of Kabila II. It is no surprise he has commanded the royal army to use terror tactics on the populace, considering the rebel army is very popular and has major support from civilians. This is mainly due to Hakim’s strict rebel code which prevents rebels from pillaging, raping or terrorising civilians and allows conflict only against those in support of the Kabila family. The high level of discipline among the troops has made them underdogs and heroes in the eyes of Congolese nationwide who have heard rumours about the moral conduct of the rebels.

With such a track record, advanced tactics that make use of the country’s tropical terrain and the discipline & endurance of its troops, many believe the rebel army is preparing its attack on Kinshasa, the capital. With that also comes rumours that Kabila II, his family and his political advisors are considering fleeing the country in the coming weeks...

I'm really sorry for being gone for so long, it's been a ridiculous last few weeks for me lmao
Between covid, the protests/riots in NYC, and the spectacular manner in which I fumbled my last semester, I couldn't find time to spare

BUT
THAT CHANGES
I'm going to be putting up RPs and stuff, and getting active again with factbooks as things simmer down...
Hope you've all been well!

Again, deepest apologies for my absence, you'll be seeing more of me!

WELCOME BACK!!! We were in the middle of a meeting, that I would be happy to resume!
