    TEHRAN SHAH MOHMMMAD AIRPORT, IRAN

Arriving an hour before noon, local time, Prime Minister Busar Amandu had been dispatched upon the invitation of the Iranian Government to take part in bilateral talks covering a number of areas. This meeting, the first between West Africa and Iran since the 1930s was another in a string of recent diplomatic events which are, together, working to shape the new geopolitical landscape between the globe's middle powers. What the outcome of this meeting would be, only heaven knew, but with tensions brewing in the Persian Gulf between Iran and the Arabian Empire and their proxies, the Prime Minister was conscious in his desire not to catch the UTA between the two rivals. Indeed, this regional matter could have global implications - but, for now, West Africa was interested solely in rekindling old friendships lost in time.

Upon landing at the airport, and being taxied to its designated area - the doors of the Prime Minister's jet would open to reveal an older man in his late 50's, dressed in a traditional grey and white dashiki suit - walking down the stairs to greet the welcoming party.

| Upon the arrival of Prime Minister Busar Amandu, the flashes of the presses would start immediately. With a crowd gathered to see the foreign Prime Minister, the atmosphere was very pleasant and filled with curiosity. United Tribes was not a country commonly talked about in Iran, but it seems that might change. Standing and awaiting the Prime Minister was Her Majesty Empress Farah Diba and Prince Sandan. Empress Farah was wearing a mid length navy blue dress with her hair up, as Prince Sandan was wearing a more casual fit black suit with a smile on. After a few pictures taken for the press, the three would be taken off through Tehran to the Golestan Palace.

At the Palace, they were escorted inside and moving through the golden corridors, would finally reach the balcony that was set up for the meeting. Gesturing the Prime Minister to sit down, the Empress would sit down herself with Prince Sandan taking a seat beside her. Smiling openly, she would grab the Ice-Tea and turn towards Prime Minister Amandu. |

[ Empress of Iran, Farah Diba ]: "Now, Mr Amandu, would you like some ice-tea?"

Don't have to explain.

I'm an actual Arab so that's like someone I know.

And I'm not joking.

Surprised by the gesture, he would nod with a smile. Iced or "Sweet" Tea was a stable in Paramerico-Bulani culture, growing in popularity since the Pan-Atlantic culture exchanges of the 1920's.

BUSAR AMANDU, Prime Minister: "Yes, Majesty-.. thank-you! A drink would be most welcomed!"

I figure the brewing Middle Eastern confrontation will make for fine journalism this week. It's getting to be quite a refreshing and interesting dispute.

The lines are being drawn, nations around the world are taking sides—it's one of the better rivalries we've had in the CoL, I think, and it's only just beginning.

Drinking some of his, he would pause briefly before responding in the negative, opening the door for the Empress to guide the conversation. This, he did, out of respect for her position and in acknowledgment of her invitation.

BUSAR AMANDU, Prime Minister: ”No ma’am, not at this time.. the floor is, of course, yours.”

Project Papua 2020

PROJECT PAPUA 2020 - PAPUA’S LARGEST INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT:

2014

When the Conservative Party was elected and he was made Prime Minister in 2010, Honua Marco promised to oversee massive infrastructure development so as to improve the efficiency of the Papuan economy to increase the country’s GDP to US$110 billion by 2020. Since 2013, foreign investment was gathered from around world with economic partners such as the world’s wealthiest country the Arabian Empire Alzarikstan, NATO-power Turkey Federated Turkey, South American regional power the Central American Empire Antillian, European military & industrial powerhouse Italy Pontianus, Asian tech hub Korea Rutannia and more, investing hundreds of billions into what is regarded to be Papua’s largest infrastructure development project since the onset of the Italian colonial era, Project Papua 2020.

The massive project is set to have provided over 1.2 million jobs by 2020, as well as lead to an average economic growth rate of 7.1% by the time of its completion or advancement. Project Papua 2020 will lead to the construction of important road networks that will help transport Papuans across the country’s islands efficiently as well as goods. Many of these roads will be therefore go from the central highlands of the mainland to the Papuan coasts or along the coastline of Papua. One of these will include the HH1 (Highlands Highway 1) which will run from Monte Hagia through Goroka and Nadzab to the coastal city of Forta Lae. In addition, ECH1 (East Coast Highway 1) will run from Alotau through Popondetta, Forta Lae, Mandang, Marienburg, Wewak and end Vanimo all along the Eastern coast of the Papuan mainland. In addition to roads, a Papua’s first high speed railway will be built between Madang and Forta Lae named AV1 (Alta Velocita 1). While the driving journey is currently 5 hours, the construction of AV will mean that one high speed train from Forta Lae to Madang will essentially be 2 hours. Furthermore, bridges will be constructed in an attempt to link nearby islands to mainland. Outside the Papuan mainlands, some island groups that fall under its territory are the Bismark Archipelago, the Louisiade Archipelago and Bougainville among a few others. Bridges such as the Dampier Bridge will link the Papuan mainland to the island of Nuova Bretagna, by crossing the Dampier Strait starting from the town of Sio through the island of Umboi in the strait, and ending at Sagsag. In addition, Nuova Bretagna island will be linked to Nuova Irlanda by the San Giorgo Bridge which crosses the San Giorgo Channel. It will start at Citta Rabaul and end at Namatanai. Furthermore, Abbastanzabuono Bridge will link the southern tip of the Papuan mainland with the d’Estrecasteaux islands by passing the Abbastanzabuono Bay. It will start in Alotau and end in Esa’ala.

In terms of energy, the vast majority of the Papuan Republic’s electricity is generated by coal power plants due to the abundance of coal in Papua. Even so, due to mismanagement in certain areas such as on the island of Bougainville and in the north of the country, power cuts are a common occurrence. To combat this, Project Papua 2020 will have the government invest hundreds of millions into the improvement of over 85 coal power plants, while still developing newer sustainable forms of energy. For instance, in the marshy wetlands of the southern mainland near Lake Murray, hydropower plants will be built to power the provinces of West & Gulf by 2020.

In urban areas such as across the entire nation such Porta Monica, Forta Lae, Monte Hagia (Mount Hagen), Wewak, Rabaul, Porto Kavieng, Arawa and Lorenzo (Lorengau) among others massive infrastructure improvements will be underway. This means many of these towns and cities that suffered from unpaved roads and lack of street signs will see construction teams pave new roads as well as name all routes and ensure traffic lights on as many roads as possible. Furthermore, 1,300 schools across the country will be renovated over the next few years. It also known that sewage systems in major cities will be experience various improvements between now and 2020 to combat unsanitary conditions.
