Concerning Entry and Suspension of MECO Members

| In understanding that MECO is a new growing organisation

In understanding that MECO is placed within a highly politically, socially and religiously active region

In understanding that compromise, prosperity and peace are vital for the Middle East

Iran has proposed the following legislative proposal 006

On Entry

-- Countries wishing to join MECO fully understand what MECO is, what MECO represents and what MECO aims for

-- Countries wishing to join MECO fully understand the contributions they will be required to give towards MECO and the benefits they will gain

-- Countries wishing to join MECO understand and accept that MECO is a single-market, has the MECO Area of Free Movement, has legislative and elective positions and institutions

-- Countries wishing to join MECO understand that MECO has a common foreign policy, especially in fields of economy

-- Countries wishing to join MECO should join on the basis of the legislative house/s or/and referendum rather than through a decision of a singular leader

On Suspension/Removal

-- Countries within MECO understand that the Middle East is a fragile place

-- Countries within MECO are exposed to many benefits but also legal consequences

-- Actions of member states that are intended to go against the common goal of MECO / cause trouble within MECO / cause trouble within the Middle East / cause disruptions and provocations will be punished after the Three Strike Rule

-- The Three Strike Rule will be based on Three Warnings. First Warning will be a letter from the House of Equality pleading the member state to rethink its position. Second Warning will be a meeting between the President of MECO and the leader of the member state. Third Warning will be suspension of all rights. After the three warnings, the country will be excluded from MECO.

-- The House of Equality decides on when to issue warnings, but any country within MECO can bring an issue forward to do with a member-state behaviour and the House of Equality will discuss.

-- Only the Council of Nations, through a majority of votes, can exclude a country from MECO.

-- Only the President can suspend a country in its membership rights until the damage is repaired.

-- Any act of war against another MECO member or an active offensive war against a Non-MECO member will mean immediate exclusion from MECO.

-- Any act of violent interference into another MECO member politics will mean immediate Third Warning.

Having secretly Arrived in Qatrun, Erdogan would be escorted to a mud house in the center of the village. La Plata denounces and sanctions the Mexican authoritarian and genocidal regime

In a statement made just after being aware of the tragedy, Mandrake declared that Mexico would be treated as a rogue State with a rogue regime.

Publicly killing people without what looked like a free and fair trial was not even done by the fascistic regimes of the Operation Condor who hid it. The Mexican regime is much alike the former North Korea and Mandrake was heard telling the press about the dangers of this “MexiKorea”.

Drug wars is a bad way to deal with the problem and La Plata swiftly denounced the Mexican actions, so Cartels won’t be tempted to fund the Paraguayan communists. Moreover, La Plata calls for the international community to follow the Platinan example of cutting every diplomatic ties, economic ties and to apply sanctions on the Mexican regime, including weapons and arms embargoes.

The Union-State of Russia (Alzarikstan) is encouraged to cancel its recent sale of Su-30s to the evil regime. Mandrake personally said: “I’m sure Putin will make the right choice: greater economic and diplomatic relations with La Plata, and Brazil and DOSA, or sporadic arms sales to a genocidal regime?”

La Plata has historical reasons to hate the Mexican regime and its authoritarian actions. Latino brethren are repressed and it is sure that La Plata will not stand still and let such a vile regime encroach itself in the roots of the beautiful Mexico.
