Cambodia welcomes president Assad

It was a beautiful day in Kampuchea when the plane carrying president Assad arrived at the airport. He was escorted to a limousine by the Kampuchean Special Security force and was drived through the busy streets of the Kampuchean Capital. As the Limousine drove through the streets. Assad saw a capital full of life. People were walking by on the sidewalks as loudspeakers broadcasted revolutionary music and Buddhist prayers. street merchants were selling various goods and the the streets were incredibly busy with traffic. Finally, the limousine came to a stop near a fenced off building that was the official residence of the Chairwoman of cambodia. There, The chairwoman was waiting outside and would greet assad with a firm handshake once he got out of the limousine.

Chairwoman Hun Leap: Welcome Mr. Assad. I hope your flight was good.

Chairwoman Hun Leap: Welcome Mr. Assad. I hope your flight was good.
Assad: Thank you, the flight was comfortable, how are you doing?
Assad walks through the bustling capital as he recieves a tour from the chairwoman Hun Leap. After 30 minutes of sightseeing and walking, he finally walks toward the capitol building. There he takes an elevator with the Chair Woman to a meeting room, accompanied with a few of his personal aides and bodyguards. There he takes a seat at the table.
President Assad: Thank you for the warm welcome, and I hope we can establish key relations.

I really don't want to make this chat political, so I'd prefer to keep quiet (even though I have something to say)

LOTUSFIRE :: AFRIKA

    26 June 2016

He appeared out of thin air - it was as if Ellevander Thomas had the hand of god - from the dead, he seemed frailer from his past days, perhaps, he had been in the past head of the so-called Revolutionary Peoples' Movement - the natives attempted to unify in the north, clamoring for the Nigeria of old. Of course, Ellevander Thomas had acted quickly, within days crushing the revolution, and taking in tow the one Sani Abacha. Abacha's so-called ideals were terrorism, or so Ellevander Thomas believed, as he viewed Abacha as a puppet - perhaps of Niger, though surely, they wouldn't know. No one knew the ongoing of Afrika, it was a tightly-guarded nation, and, of course, the government kept things that way for clear reasons. Lest the world look for insight, Highguarde only occasionally spoke, quietly derailing interest through other means - political of course - but these overtures kept things at bay. It was good of course, Highgaurde had come to rely on the stupidity of other nations - Ellevander Thomas played the whims of a volatile Southeast Asia beautifully, playing his puppets behind the scenes - he was puppetmaster truly, one forgive him for telling lies, for he knew no lies.

Playing his cards right had always been something of a talent - of course, his rise to power, remarkably - painting himself in a patriotic light that time, a master of public perception, he was intent on walking the fine line. Now, he looked to play his latest card - the subject was the lanky man, an aging Sani Abacha - free of course - but, we know Ellevander Thomas was smarter than that. A man who killed for power, certainly, he new he would need some assurances from the former natives man. Control was the goal once more, and turning to a former enemy perhaps was the way, at least until the assets arrived, continued isolation would sustain of course, but Ellevander Thomas new better than to be adverse to openings. Cease the day or something, however the quote went. No matter, assuring control in the region - the top goal once more - and Abacha's contacts surely would play host to destruction in the south, for Ellevander Thomas knew...thus was their calling card, it would be done. Surely, some way, in some fashion, they'd do it.

Cut to scene, a quiet town rustles as men and women look to begin their day - the scorching heat not as rampant in the whiter areas, perhaps the new homes being built would help. The sun already stood high as the outskirts of the town were breached, an inconspicuous house the destination - not a mere house supposedly. As a small motorcade descended, soldiers stood as salute as a black envoy passed through, baring Ellevander Thomas, arriving he entered the building.

Perhaps the soundproof walls cut off from the world the pain that was extolled in this new environment - but here, it was on full display, chambers - rows of them - with all types of little tools. Clearly, as we view this we get insight into the mind of Ellevander Thomas, for he was...a mad man. Something. Deciding what it was? That wasn't the job of Abacha, who stood on the other side of the...well...cage.

Call what it may, but Abacha was a shell, hunched over and convulsing - a man in the past with a plump face, his face now shown of scars, scabbed beating - ripped flesh. What was that behinf him, dried spattered blood thus crossed the wall. Painting the surroundings was a myriad of sht, body odor, piss in every direction, caked-up blood and what one would assume was skin?

Ellevander Thomas stood emotionless, surrounded by guards, all of which trained to kill for the Avant Premier.

Bellad Ellevander Thomas: "Leave us, gentleman."

Exiting the room, the soldiers filed out, leaving the flickering light and the two men before them, Ellevander Thomas sized him up - this was the savage who had ravaged the nation - a joke! An inward smile betrayed nothing.

Ellevander Thomas: "Now, now, Mr. Abacha, tis a shame. Truly, what was done was...in the interests of our survival."

A broken man sat on the floor hunched away, still taking a glance or two towards Ellevander Thomas; Ellevander Thomas had broken the man long before, here was a man who saw nothing but fear in his presence. Looking away, Ellevander Thomas sized the room - was it really a room - no, a cage more like, one fit for an animal.

One for a savage.

Ellevander Thomas: "Cheers, Sani...I have some...freedom for you. Of course, granted you observe a gentleman's agreement."

A silence overtook the room, as the morning turned to afternoon the two stood in the room, left alone, and...change stood in the making.

    27 June 2016

In spite of this, a man now lay free - for the first time, the world would see a glimpse of the inner core of Afrika, a nation portrayed to the world as a people embracing change, one who looked to look past their divisive issues and build together. And why not? Here stood a terrorist, one accused of money laundering a human rights abuses by the United Nations UN and the leader of the country had pardoned him? Seemingly, for the world, they saw a nation which had took on race relations and looked to fix it. Afrika emerging from a slumber shown to the world as a a beacon of progress, where one stood hand in hand and stood alongside each other. In the day of the address, the Afrikane leader, Bellad Elleander Thomas, flanked by the Prime Minister and some other unknowns looked around, the nation that had stood silent for years had seemingly advance years beyond comprehension in time.

Portions of Ellevander Thomas speech stood out, broadcast over and over by many of the foreign press, clamoring for an insight on Afrika - so rarely shared to the world.

Ellevander Thomas: "Afrika has stood once more and addressed issues of race relations - tackling them in broad steps and showing a commitment to our natives, we have embraced them and continue our march towards progress!"

For many, the handshake between Sani Abacha and Bellad Ellevander Thomas showed something new - an Afrika rebirth.

Funny how that goes.

*Visit to Sani Abacha unknown to the world, only known part is the press conference which is displayed to the world as the first signs of Afrika in decades
