He was infamous for attacking Western foreign policy as well as his blunt criticism of the actions of other Asian nations and even allies like China. For this reason, back home in Indochina, a country that was growing in power & wealth, he had earned himself a household name. Chairman Nguyen thus saw it fit that Le Hoang would be the man to represent his wish that Amsterwald be liberated.
- He would enter the limousine and light a cigar once seated.

- Prime Councilor Stijn de Wees: "Lets get down to business shall we?"
Le Hoang would sit down and clear his throat. He stared at the ethnic Dutchman with a look of pure hatred & disgust.
Defense Minister Le Hoang: You and I both know what’s going on in this godless land of yours, Prime Councillor. So I’ll cut to the chase. I am going to read a letter from His Excellency, the Chairman of Indochina and then... we’ll talk. Fair?
