We have sporadic insurgencies that spring up in the frontier regions and some terrorist attacks but they're fighting a losing battle.
Most of the ex-elite of the former communist party have surrendered while those who would be facing more treasonous charges have fled. It's not entirely known whether those who fled are funding resistance movements, but the Central Government is inclined to believe that they fled for two main reasons: 1) they want to maintain the wealth they were able to salvage, and 2) they don't want to be brought to justice under charges of treason against China (漢奸).
Those who are still fighting truly believe Marxist/communist thought is destined to lead China, most are ex-PLA soldiers.
We also have Mongol separatists (Sons of the Eternal Blue Sky) who are active and based out of Russia. The National Security Bureau has found evidence that Moscow also funds them, as the Kremlin does not feel secure now that the Sino-Russian border lacks a buffer.
They number very few, but are much more dedicated. Some of the youth are becoming increasingly attracted to their online propaganda, but most Mongols are indifferent to the idea of separatism, particularly since the former so-called Inner Mongol Autonomous Region of the previous regime successfully instilled a sense of Chinese identity. It sort of balances out the Outer Mongols, who were more slow to adopt a Chinese identity.
The Ministry of Education and the Mongolian & Tibetan Affairs Commission is working hard in these communities and Banners to gain their trust and to teach them the proper history.

Ideology: Maoism, Marxism-Leninism, Socialism with Chinese Characteristics
Political wing/front organisation (if applicable): Chinese Communist Party/中國共產黨, Chinese Patriotic Association/中國愛國公會, Chinese People's Democratic Revolutionary Committee/中國人民民主革命委員會
Classification by the Ministry of the Interior: Rebel organisation | 內政部分類:反叛組織
Estimated strength: 3,500 people
Supported by (if applicable): USSR (until C.E. 1960), Russian Federation (C.E. 2015-present), Lao People's Democratic Republic (C.E. 2015-present), Socialist Republic of Vietnam (C.E. 2015-present)
Years active: C.E. 1921-2015; C.E. 2016-Present (disbanded-decentralized with isolated pockets)
Other info: The PLA & CCP had established a rebel government in Peiping that occupied mainland China from the 38th Year of the Republic (C.E. 1949). The PLA & CCP were finally disbanded & outlawed since the Reunification of 104th Year of the Republic (C.E. 2015). PLA units were retrained and absorbed into the regular army (ROC Armed Forces). Some defectors deserted their units upon disbandment of the PLA/CCP to remote areas, occasionally raiding & terrorizing villages. Many senior party officials attempted to escape; some of them fled to Laos, Vietnam, and Russia, while others fled to First World countries and assumed different identities and lived incognito. The National Security Bureau estimates that up to 60% of the funding for the rebel groups originate from ex-party officials outside China, with significant funding and training from the governments of Laos, Vietnam, and Russia.
The National Security Bureau also claims that there is still a significant number of silent Communist sympathizers within the Chinese Republic, since reunification happened only recently, it will take time to reverse the brainwashing in areas formerly occupied by rebels and separatists.

Years active: C.E. 2015-present
Other info: No major support base in China. SOTEBS was founded by former members of the Mongolian People's Party, which has, like the CCP, been outlawed and disbanded since Reunification. The organization originated as a loosely associated community of ex-members of the disbanded Mongolian People's Party as many of its former members "would rather be a slave to the Russians than to be Chinese" and defected to Russia. Pro-independence ideology and propaganda originating from these individuals later attracted some Pan-Mongols in Buryatia (Russia) and Outer Mongolia (China), creating a right-wing faction. The community was organized into a political organization, under the guidance of Moscow and adopted the current name, a heed to the shamanistic past of this northern Chinese ethnic group. The Russian Federation has actively funded and trained SOTEBS members. in another attempt to split Outer Mongolia from the Chinese Republic.

Other info: Rouge regime ruled by pseudo-nationalist reactionary elements. Came to the attention of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Defense after openly making threats to the Central Government, Chinese Republic, and the Kuomintang party during ambassadorial missions to the Chinese Republic. The regime hides behind the facade of nationalism and national-sovereignty but is actually composed of zealous oligarchs bent on power and wealth. The paranoid regime regards the sovereignty of other nation-states, as defined by international law, as nothing more than a globalist-communist conspiracy.

Today we celebrate the 106th National Day of the Chinese Republic.
The "Double Ten" on October 10th of every year marks the anniversary of the successful Hsinhai Revolution, which overthrew the last Emperor of the Ch'ing Dynasty and ended the monarchy in China.
The constitutional Republic we now know was established in place of the monarchy, with revolutionary and Father of the Nation, Dr. Sun Yat-sen as the inaugural Grand Provisional President.
Since then, Chinese all over the world have commemorated this significant milestone in Chinese history, even during the period of Communist Rebellion.
With the Reunification of China, the Double Ten is now restored as the rightful National Day for every Chinese to embrace.
At home, various cities across the Republic host grand celebrations. Abroad, Overseas Chinese communities get together to celebrate and the Overseas Chinese Affairs Commission is tasked to assist these celebrations.
All around the world, Chinese celebrate today as the founding of a free, prosperous, and modern China.
Happy National Day and Long Live the Republic of China!

Received a telegram from Great chinese republic asking for access to the account.
Clicked into his page and noticed he copied and pasted virtually all of our dispatches, word-for-word.
Not cool.

So sad.

It seems he understands that this is upsetting, but I'm not sure what inspired him to do it in the first place... And not expect to get caught?

I have been in contact with him via telegram.
It is a weird feeling to see something you created be copied word-for-word. The flags and many of the images are my own creation (through photoshop) so it is disrespectful to use them without asking.
In a strange way, I am happy that there are others passionate about the same subjects and told him I have no issues with re-use, as long as he asks and/or gives credit where due.
