In times of war or otherwise major threats appearing that cannot wait for the bureaucracy of the Senate, the Chancellor takes control. They are declared Kaiser and wield emergency powers that essentially temporarily makes them a dictator in order to deal with the threat quickly. Their advisors, however, keep them in check and guide their decision making. They are loyal to the people and can vote to remove the Kaiser.
I wanted to call the Chancellor Kaiser for some reason so I made an excuse (and a vague governmental system.)
Kinda makes sense if you think about my country with the mindset of an alternate Germany with enough stuff changed up that we're still different.
Basically you're right, it's more fun if you're an outdoors person or like legends... I don't think any state in america can beat the Legend of La Llorona or the alien stories of Roswell. We also have the trinity zone where you can go and get radiation (sorta). it's definitely more for historian and war buff tourists
I think La Llorona herself trumps most legends, she scares me still 😂 I don't walk near rivers at night time ever
