1- It will be mandatory that within the first week of the election of the Council and President that at least the Justice and all other appointed offices. Failure to do so will result in the Council being dissolved for the term with all power going to the citizenry in the case of this event.

2- It should be noted that neither a Councilor, President, or Vice President may hold office as Justice.

Yeah that first clause is just dumb

Reserka

What can we change with it?
Edit 1: Its just a first draft, we can easily reword it. We just need a away to make it so the council/president doesn't put off appointing a justice.
Edit 2: What if we make it the first month? Since and make it a clause that it doens't apply if their was a failed vote. IE if they tried and it failed when the president would have to pick a new one. But if they just never bothered to do it then it will dissolved?

Honestly I think I changed my whole opinion on government in NS. Its really just pointless, the only reason we have it is to try and promote security and RP. If we made the WA non-exe and had 1 or 2 people in charnge of non-RP stuff it would work. ONLY if we had a proactive RP community but we dont, GMless rp is hard when we dont have proactive RPs (myself included), honesly barelt have a GM atm since we have them doing nothing to promote RP or steer it in the right direction

Lower Class Rebellion
The Lower Class states of Dinas Aur have began to rebel with several volenteer groups fighting with militia and military groups. The Poor states, Western Sahara, Senegal, And Guinea are starting a campaign for their independence. The Royal military has sprung into action to stop the insurgency which is believed to be caused by Morocco in an attempt to take back foreign lands. The Empire takes this as an act of war and has declared war on Morocco.

Worker Revolt in Dinas aur
Due poverty and working conditions within the poor regions of Dinas aur, organized labor has been on the rise within certain sectors. In seeing the revolts this triggered the uprising. The immobility of the lower class along with increased radicalization after the publication of several leftist literature in the native language were also factors, however it is know known that in western mali leftist forces are gathering for a long and hard guerrilla war attempting to fight at the capital would be suicide.

(Let me know if you want me to change anything.

So is the fall of the U.S during the great depression? Koscis I honestly have no idea who has the authority to decide. And really until we come up with a uniform canon I don't think I'm going to bother changing Izbien's backstory. So here is a post for Izbien.

Fallout with the Woodmakers
Following the Izbien backing off of the Louisiana and Alabama border, the Woodmakers Union has started to question the Worker's Party decision on failing to influence these areas. While the Worker's Party hasn't been very direct in trying to influence other nations, most of the attempts have failed or resulted in rejection from the executive council within the Worker's Party. President Delvito is one of the strongest advocates as of late for a isolated but strong Izbien. While surrounded on all sides he sees very little use for increases tensions and more importantly not cooperating with the mostly capitalistic east coast (also the world). However the Woodmakers Union has seen increased numbers, people from the syndicates in Rockies and the Monatoa collective have seen more and more of their workforce leave for Woodmaker's Communes. The Woodmakers seem to be gaining more influence, but they will always be overshadowed by the vanguard party. Even with their autonomous nature the Wookmakers see little use in trying to not influence these countries. Forestia to them is a lost opportunity, the West merely another country to influence, Buckeyes, and Boniza threats to the leftist ideals they present. Very little can be done to stop the Workers' Party's agenda but debate and open discussion. However Delvito and the Executive Council want any change in the status quo.

(That’s fine)
(Also ignore me declaring on Morocco)
Coming to arms
The government forces in the Lower Class States have armed due to the unrest. A squad of 200 Marines will Guard the Capital building of every Lower Class State. The Government also asks that the wealthy of the states arm themselves out of fear of a revolt. The Wealthy residents benefit from the states being Lower Class. A revolt would be detrimental to their wealth. As the 200 Marines Head to each capital deploying 600 Marines to protect the Capital Buildings.

I don’t know, I’ve actually been trying to think about it because I figured eventually y’all may need a concrete answer for that but the whole situation confuses me

I mean do we think it should be? Personally, I think it should be as early as possible (IDEALY pre-revuationy war), but realistically I can settle for great depression extended because they didn't enter world war 2.

The Lady is tearful in the display of humanities violence. Love and peace are the only way and with it should be understood that the only way to salvation is a live of kindness and sympathy not of death and war. War is the means of which man will destroy themselves if it is so that we would continue this the world will end, and a great terror will being humanity to its feet only for the goddess's tears to flood the world a knew!

Reserkan News
President Daola has been somewhat tame since she had entered office. To most of the population she was a sign of change; a formerly radical figure adapting moderate views in the changing times. It was quite a relieve that Manyaletta didn't make any radical changes. The Internationalists whom were also seen as a radical group has adapted much more tame views in order to work with their coalition within the Common Assembly. Their majority depended on the Social Green Party voting with the Internationalists in order to pass Green legislation. Doslid Bosel has led the Internationalist Party into a new light. Hopefully he can work the new government to pass meaningful laws.

China up in Arms
Since the Chinese coast was annexed by Korea following the Sino-Korean War, Chinese Koreans in the Coast have been demanding for independence from Korea.

However, the Chinese independence movement has been growing as of recently, with a new political group, the United Front of China, rising in popularity.

Citizens have been demanding for independence in Guangdo, deciding to run an independence referendum, despite the Korean government ruling this as illegal.

Breaking News
Today while he was meeting with his generals it appears Reagan Mowry was shot and killed. Whereas this news is fresh and unconfirmed Samantha Nikhols has been seen entering the capital building. This has led to speculation that the former Princess will take over the role of Queen. She does not currently have a spouse.

Parkism is basically a type of monarchy in which a king/Queen rules alongside a meritocratically elected council, and is also universally hated, even banned in Korea and Yorki
